Author has written 5 stories for Harry Potter, and Warhammer.
I'm currently a very frustrated artist who has discovered a creative outlet in writing fan-fiction.
In my spare time I love reading fan-fiction as well as painting, drawing and doing photography (yes, I do it for fun too :D ) I've started doing Karate again after nearly 14 years. I think I spent most of the last decade missing it something fierce. Now if I can just get Kushanku down pat...:-)
Have now got Kushanku down nicely :-p now if I can just get a nice polish on Basai Dai...
Bassai down :-P nearly got seishan too...
06/01/15 I keep forgetting to mention it but in November I was put forward for my Black-belt. I didn't actually realise at the time, I thought I was just having a pre-assesment to see if I was up to standard...and I passed. So after 14 years of weightlifting and less than a year back in the gi I have regained my 1st dan :-D...and I'm learning Seishan at the moment.
Why is Inquisitor Carrow also a Space Marine?
I was initial inspired by the character of Inquisitor Lord Hector Rex who can be found in Imperial Armour Vol:7 The Siege of Vraks - part 3, on pages 122-125.
Lord Inquisitor Hector Rex works for the Ordos Malleus and is described as having undergone "a similair genetic enhancement to that of a Space Marine." He is further described as towering "8' tall, is heavily muscled and is in superb condition." He is also a powerful psyker who has undergone terminator training...all in all a very scary customer.
Hector Rex has obviously been made to order as a powerful tool for the Ordos Malleus to wield against the forces of Chaos...so, what if a rogue Inquisitor who was owed a favor by a Space Marine chapter tried to make his own? And this was how Carrow initial came to be...
Harry's new father was busily going off the rails, this becoming clearer when he forces the Charnel Guard, who owe him a favor to take Harry on as a potential aspirant. As Harry becomes one with his new family, his father goes off the rails completely and is hunted down by his brother Inquisitors who, to aid in their search come looking for their prey's adopted son...who proceeds to prove himself a worthy tool for the Inquisition...there's a novel in here somewhere I'm certain.
And so several hundred years later you are left with Inquisitor Carrow, all round menace to the enemies of Humanity, who is both an Inquisitor and an honorary brother of the Charnel Guard, (you might be able to take the Space Marine out of the Chapter but you can't take the Chapter out of the Space Marine :-D ) who has a nasty meeting with an Eldar Wytch...

You'll be pleased to know that Chapter 9 is actually finished. Unfortunetly my beta has cleared off on holiday to Scotland so I won't be posting it till late Friday. Seriously, he really picks his moments.
On the other hand it's given me a good oppurtunity to get a head start on Chapter 10.

A very happy New Year to all my readers.
Thanks to the joys of working in retail (particularly over Xmas) I've been working long hours, which is brilliant financially but not so great on the writing front...so I'm a little behind. Unfortunately.
So I have decided that Chapter 7 (which is already over 8k long, so about half way there) will be posted on February 1st. This will allow me to get it finished to a standard I'm happy with and get going on the next chapter, in a far less stressful way.
With regards to Through The Veil Strangely...
I've got the next chapter all plotted out, I just need to find time to write it...which will happen after I finished Tournament of Tribulations.
I noticed in the reviews a number of people expressing surprise that someone would need permission to for flight tests. I'm pretty certain in the UK they would. We have one of the most crowded air-spaces in the world, with major air-traffic lanes passing over the country as well as numerous very busy airports serving international air traffic.
That's before you even get on to the private and military traffic, the people with microlights and handgliders...
Here's an interesting animation that shows just how extreme the situation is...

I understand there are those of you are becoming concerned about the appearance of another Carrow story, considering some of the PM's I've been receiving. I wish to reassure you...I'm working on it right now, busily building up a back-log of chapters.
I am planning to begin posting Inquisitor Carrow and the Tournament of Tribulations in July.
Saturday 1st February 2014
I'm currently working on the next Inquisitor Carrow story, as well as a short story. It's another hp/WH40k story but, I hope with a different spin on it :-) so look out for "Through The Veil Strangely" in the near future.

Just thought it would be a good idea to put God-Emperorless Heathens in the cross-over section rather than have it get lost among all the straight HP fics.

I was going to wait till I had a few more chapters of the sequel written and typed up, but really, this was burning a hole in my hard-drive plus I had an impatient beta desperate to see it online. So I've posted. Think of it as a taster of events to come :-)

I've posted fan-art for Inquisitor Carrow over on my blog at littlewhitecat.wordpress.com I hope you all like it.

After posting the second chapter of Inquisitor Carrow I suddenly discovered that I couldn't edit it, so, same disclaimer as the first chapter and also I must give credit to my excellent and most helpful beta Jacobus-Minoris. He's been very patient and read everything that I've scribbled, commented on my grammar and spelling, discussed ideas with me and declared things as being very 40k.
