Name: Blake Whitworth
Birthday: July 22,1990
Occupation: Sonic content creator on YouTube.
Update as of October 6, 2019
Yep, I'm dropping back in.
No, not certain when I'll write again - though now that I'm looking over my planned projects listed at the bottom of this page, that urge to publish something is starting to become impossible to ignore...but don't hold your breath. Writing is still not at the top of my list of interests as of now.
What is taking up my time is my recent return to content creation on YouTube, as well as the resurgence of my Twitch TV live streams. Should you wish to follow either of those pages, they will be linked in a section published below my list of favorite quotes.
Also, I'm now 29 and an uncle. And that's just scratching the surface of the list of interesting events that have colored my life since my return to Oklahoma. Though I do find myself craving to return to Atlanta at times, but I digress.
For now, know that I'm around and still reading some good fics here and there. Speaking of which, if you're looking for some good reading material, just skim through my favorite stories. Can't miss 'em!
Hope you guys have a good Halloween!
Update as of December 31, 2018
Happy New Year, guys! Here's to a prosperous 2019!
Though for me, it's not a cause to celebrate because it marks another step along my road to the dreaded age of 30. HELP! ANYONE!
Unfortunately, returning to fanfiction is not a part of my immediate plans, but know that I am still around. The search for inspiration continues after I find myself some more work as an esports journalist (if you want to know what such a career is like, please PM me).
Now if you'll excuse me, Poe's Daughter unexpectedly came out of retirement to continue her Mortal Kombat fanfic series and I have some catching up to do. If you'd like to check out her magnificent works yourself, she's listed among my favorite authors. :)
I sincerely wish all of you an amazing holiday season!

As far as the Internet is concerned, I go by GamerBlake90. If you want a shorter version, you can call me Blake.
From January 2007 till the middle of 2009, I was known by three former identities, one after the other: YuGiOhManiac, DuelistBlake1852, and Game Master Blake. As those names indicate, I exhibited an unending passion for the story of Yu-Gi-Oh. The fics I'd written back then were flooded with duel sequences, with shaky, incomprehensible plotlines holding the entire thing together. Fortunately, I'd evolved through learning from the works of others and my own perceptions changing here and there, but sadly I never got to make much use of my newfound knowledge due to my unfortunate decision to retire from the world of writing.
However, after a hiatus that lasted for a few short years, I have made my return...but as a silent observer. Outside of here, I established an impressive reputation in a community of fighting game players that continues to expand every year. Eventually, my work at YouTube earned me a wealthy partnership with BroadbandTV Corp, a sub-division of the VISO TV network. In addition, I operate as a freelance journalist.
I've struggled for years to rekindle my old love for writing literature. Hence why I am back on here. I doubt that my current writing will be anything like my old form was, specifically because I'm stepping up to the plate with new cards to play...whether it's for the better or worse, I'll leave it to your judgment when my projects finally surface. My first ones are underway as we speak, but I can make no promises about when they will be completed. Updates will be sporadic at best.
If you'd like to follow and support my work, check the bottom of this profile to find links to my accounts on YouTube, Twitter, etc.
On the subject of submitting reviews, I don't feel I'm ready to do so yet as I prefer for my input to be constructive and helpful for the writers I address, and I hadn't exactly kept up in the field of writing for years. So until I'm confident with my level, I'll keep silent. But know that if I favorite/alert you or your works...I'm a fan.
Glad to be back and I hope to leave a better impression than I did during my last stay on here.
Happy reading, guys!
