Author has written 38 stories for Teen Titans, Doctor Who, Young Justice, Batman, Avengers, Attack on Titan/進撃の巨人, Captain America, Dragon Age, Supernatural, and Teen Titans.
Gender: Cis girl
Age: I'm 18, and have been on this site since I was 13. I've been writing since I was in Kindergarten, and have always loved it.
I'm in college, studying English and History, working when I can, and writing and talking with friends whenever possible. Don't expect regular updates: updates depend on my free time and my muse, both of which are fickle things.
None of my main writing websites have all of my published fic--although Tumblr comes closest, with all of my latest, but it doesn't have the old fics. Check my writing tag over there if you want more stuff.
Notes About Some Finished (multi-chapter) Projects
Don't Let a Mary-Sue Into Titans Tower: One of my favorite and most popular projects, even though I've distanced myself from my hatred of Mary Sues and focused it more on bad writing in general.
Summary: A mysterious girl shows up and starts following the Titans around- much to their annoyance! Slowly but surely she begins to drive the Titans to varying levels of insanity- particularly Robin! Warning: Contains a Mary-Sue, and a slightly paranoid Robin.
Rooms in the TARDIS: My first attempt at Doctor Who. It contains angst, fluff, and humor, and was a lot of fun to write. Contains all my love for Classic Who as well as Modern Who.
Summary: The TARDIS is much bigger on the inside, yet we only see what happens in the consol room. In every room in the TARDIS, there's a story or two to tell.
Resurgence: A Post Endgame fix-it fic, that also details Jason Todd's time on the Team.
Summary: Healing is a slow process. Too bad the universe seems to have forgotten that. Even as the Team and the Justice League try to recover from the death of Wally West, the universe throws another obstacle for them to deal with. Two-Shot.
Come With Me- A Teen Titans fic about Jinx and Kid Flash, and what lead to her switching sides before the final battle with the Brotherhood, and a bunch of fluffy drabbles that follow. Some plot as well.
Summary: She didn't switch sides just because some silly, full of himself hero asked her too. It was a lot more than that.
You, Me, Handcuffs: A combination of that line from Time of Angels and my own desire to see more 10 and River. A bit angsty, due to River thinking about how much she misses 11. Lots of comments on the differences of the two Doctors. Doctor/River. Still one of my favorite things, despite not being one of my more popular pieces.
Summary: The Doctor's questioning his role in the Daleks' existence, while River's thinking about handcuffs and regeneration. Doctor/River.
All These Strange, Strange Creatures: Inspired by my love of cats and fluff. Spitfire and SuperMartian
Summary: A little black cat follows Conner home from school. Artemis thinks it will make a wonderful pet, and adopts it. Wally disagrees. Chaos ensues.
Much Ado About Something: After I saw the play, I had to write this. Hints of Chalant, SuperMartian, and lots of Spitfire.
Summary: Kent Nelson has been feeding Aqualad ideas. Wally and Artemis should be very worried.
It's Raining Bats and Cats: A birthday present for my darling friend, whose love of Spitfire and BatCat is unparalleled.
Summary: Artemis Crock is Black Cat, AKA the protégé of Catwoman, the big sister of Robin, the adopted daughter of Batman, the friend of the Justice League… wait, what? AU. Spitfire and BatCat.
Swimming Lessons: After the Angelfish breakup, a few friends and I began a discussion about who La'gaan could concievably have a happy and healthy relationship with. The consensus? Cassandra Cain. Now with a sequel!
Summary: La'gaan first sees her when she comes through the Zeta-Tubes. Cass sees him then too. When a girl can read body-language like street signs, falling in love can be easy. Post Season-2.
Macushla: Written because's headcanons were really tempting. Due to popular request, is now the first in a series, with the sequel Misericordia, being worked on.
Summary: Stephanie Brown is nine years old when her world falls to pieces. Whisked away from everything she's ever known, she finds herself in the court of Talia al Ghul, training to be an assassin. And when she ends up as Damian al Ghul's bodyguard, well her life just gets stranger from there.
It's a Hard-Knock Life (Except When There's Cookies): Written as the cream of the crop of my prompt-weekend fills on Tumblr, once again Maggie is responsible.
Summary: Jason Peter Todd would like it to be known that he did not adopt an orphanage. If anything, the little brats adopted him. Rated T for Jason's Internal Monologue.
Didymous: Maggie strikes again! I wrote this as a present for her, and I really enjoyed every second of it.
Summary: Didymous: adjective: growing in pairs or twins. Cassandra Cain and Jason Todd are born twins, raised by their father to be killers. Two heads are better than one.
Neverland: Written as an exploration of pre-death Jason, post-death Jason, Bat Family dynamics, and how Bruce Wayne is clueless, if well meaning.
Summary: One night, while on patrol, twelve year old Jason Todd falls through a portal... and lands in the future. If only people would actually tell him what's going on...
These Twists and Turns of Fate: At the moment, probably my favorite fic I've ever written. Transgender bisexual Stephanie Brown is one of my favorite headcanons, with lots of piano as well! Now with a sequel.
Summary: To be born is to exist, but to live is something else entirely. Stephanie Brown falls apart, and pulls herself back together. OR Stephanie Brown is assigned a different name and gender at birth. These are the changes that result.
Hunters- Young Justice fanfic, updated irregularly.
Summary: Lawrence took the fall instead of Paula. Fearing Batman and the Shadows, Paula took her daughters and fled, changing everything.
Summary: An assassin seeks revenge on Stephanie Brown. Tim Drake seeks answers about Bruce's disappearance. Damian wants to find his place. Dick wants to actually find time to have a social life. Carrie Kelley wants to know why people are so interested in her... Sequel to Macushla. Updates as I go.
My thoughts about certain things about this site...
Beta readers- are incredibly useful, wonderful people. Even if you have a decent grasp at writing, there's always room for improvement. Mine helps a TON on the grammar, nit-picky bits that flamers love to comment on. Update: Please do not ask me to be your beta-reader. I've received quite a few requests recently (I don't understand why, honestly), and while I'm flattered, I have no time. I'm already involved in too many projects and writing events as it is.
Character bashing- okay, you don't like a character, we get it. That does not mean you have all right to wipe them off the face of the Earth, just because you hate them for various reasons. No one likes that in real life, so don't do it here. Note that character worship isn't much better.
Reviews- I love them. They make me feel all warm and fuzzy inside, and when I don't get them, I admit, I wonder what is wrong. If you dislike my writing, tell me so. If you don't have an account, that's why I enable anonymous reviews. If you never review, I guess I get that. But when my story gets a hundred-some hits, and only one review, I really start to get upset. But people black-mailing for reviews is something I HATE! Oh, I won't update unless you give me 99 reviews! Oh, you are all flaming my story, so I am just going to stop at a cliffhanger! etc. Seriously people. I give them as often as I can, but I admit that I occasionally forget.
Quality of Writing- Look, we all know that it's just Fanfiction. But shouldn't you try to make it the best you can? Isn't the whole purpose of this really to improve your writing? (Well, okay, and to put your favorite couple together.) But you should still try to keep it legible, and work on grammar and things like that. Eleni recently reviewed a story that was, to be frank, crap. Basically, the author's response was. 'It's fanfiction, it doesn't matter, I don't care what you think.' It's people like that that make me despair.
Characterization: Unless you have a wonderful reason to change a character's personality, like someone they love just died, or you've traumatized them in some similar way, you don't have much of an excuse. If you really are a fan of the work, and are a half-way decent writer, you should be able to keep someone moderately in character. Rose is not an all-knowing creature, Martha is not an idiot and neither is the Doctor, and Mickey isn't a horrible person. You don't have much excuse.
I will eventually try to cross post some of my fic to this site from Tumblr, livejournal, and Ao3. Formatting for this site is a bit of a pain, and I'm always less sure about what the reception will be on this site. But I will (eventually) get around to it.
If a story of mine says it's complete, it's complete. Please do not send me "more please!" or "CONTINUE OR ELSE" type messages or reviews, they make me very upset and frustrated. I write in my spare time, I am not paid to do this. I have an active social life, participate in communities, and still write whenever I can. If I ended a fic, it's because I don't have any more ideas for that fic, and I don't want to continue it. I continued Macushla because I felt like there was more to the story, I had ideas, people gave me more ideas, and my friends were supportive as I wrote it. I have no intention of continuing any more of my one-shots at this time, so please stop asking me to.
Pathways: Yes, I deleted this story, and I am terribly sorry. I started this project almost two years ago, with 50,000 words written, convinced that was enough of a buffer to go on. However, it rapidly became apparent to me that I actually had nowhere near enough, especially since most of what I'd written fell in the middle of the story, not the beginning. I lost time to other projects, my muse often failed me, and it became rapidly clear that I had been over-ambitious in starting this project and that I did not have either the time, the talent, or the inclination to finish the fic. I am removing it from fanfiction.net and archive of our own, but I am leaving it up on tumblr, so if you want to read what I had already wrote, you can find it there. If you want to know how the story would have gone/ended, I can either send you my timeline or a summary. I am really sorry, but as I said, I could not continue, and I stopped lying to myself that I could.
