Author has written 5 stories for Chronicles of Narnia.

In Narnia? In Narnia? You've got to be kidding.

To anyone who wants to know:

My stories are not meant to offend anyone. I want to make it clear that I do not think less of those who believe differently from me; on the contrary they often give me a lot to pray about. (I’m a follower of Jesus, or at least I try to be. If my writing is bad, it’s because I’m not a great writer. It wasn’t intended to offend you. If any of the writing is good, it’s by the grace of God).

These fics were written in response to the massive number of fics in this fandom I’ve accidentally stumbled on that have torn apart the very essence of Narnia. Some are written in response to requests from other people who were sick of reading about the destruction of their favorite characters for the apparent gratification of writers who evidently don’t have any respect for the Narnia books, their author, or even the movies. Narnia is many things to many people; by no stretch of the imagination is it a metaphor for “Do whatever you want; it’s ok here.” In fact it’s the opposite; the whole series is threaded by making the choice to follow Aslan and to do his will (often when that is very difficult or there is a much easier choice), and very clear lines are drawn between right and wrong all through.

What I hope to accomplish through these fics is to show that if anyone has been forced into a lamentable situation they do not have to give in and help can come and they can find peace even if they were forced to give in, and also to provide alternative fics in the wake of nasty shocks for those who, like me, have been slapped with all manner of immorality when they were trying to find a fic about Narnia.

Please note that there is a difference between fearing people who choose to act in certain ways and disagreeing with their choices and actions. I have met people who believe that incest, homosexuality, bestiality, etc. are fine and they haven’t done anything to make me afraid of them; actually they’re often nice, “tolerant” people. They’ve given me no reason to fear them, but as a follower of Jesus I disagree very strongly with some of their choices. Niceness and tolerance aren’t an excuse for making negative choices, and they don’t negate right and wrong.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion and I appreciate the constructive reviews. Most of my fics were written in a rush and I haven’t really edited them much, so thanks to anyone who wants to help me in the writing department.
