Author has written 6 stories for Glee.
Hello. I recently completed school, and as part of my job I currently write and edit scientific materials, not creative materials. But I needed an outlet and I'm trying out a little creative writing. Mainly because I have developed an unhealthy obsession with Glee & my favorite couple: Puck and Rachel.
My twitter name is @novice242. And my "name" is Novi Ce--to protect my true identity. I'll be tweeting updates and #Glee spoilers from multiple sources, as well as chatting about episodes and opinions in general. (My tweets are about Glee and Veronica Mars for the most part. Not about my boring life except in @ replies to ppl who know me.)
I have Google+ now too :)
I've been posting everything (more) on ff.net. But if you like the other format, you can find me there with the same pen name--let me know and I'll actually update my journal with my ff stories.
I haven't jumped into Tumblr yet, but I have created a special fangirling facebook account for squeeing with my online friends. PM me if you're interested in that :)

About my stories:
I'm seeing the virtues of Puck/Quinn, Finn/Rachel, Finn/Quinn, Rachel/Jesse, so I included several pairings within Junior Year. But I assure readers that my stories have Puck and Rachel as the true pairing. I'd love feedback on what I have written so far and suggestions for the future.

Also, I use a little symbolism at the end of the first section of chapter 21; and if you don’t remember/know about magnetic fields, it might help to picture bar magnets and iron filings…like this image:

For those who've read Junior Year and/or New Perspectives:
I described my character, Josh Jordan, as sort of looking like a pseudo-stoner-pale-Ohio-version of Josh Holloway (Sawyer from Lost). He's actually based on a person I went to high school with a long time ago before Lost ever existed. However, I found a reasonable substitute for him (not Josh Holloway). It's Landon Beard, an ex of Lea Michele! Wanna see what he looks like? Try here:
(With Lea and others)
And I'm still squeeing over the fact that I was a little psychic and Vocal Adrenaline performed Bohemian Rhapsody in the show long after I had written that into my story!
More recent news, can I say that I included 2 Paul McCartney songs in Junior Year? Maybe that will turn out to be a little psychic too?
For fun, here's a quick tally of songs in the Junior Year/New Perspectives/Summer in the City saga that were later used in Glee:
Somewhere Over the Rainbow (IZ version)-though mine was a mashup with I'm Yours done acapella a la the Dalton guys
The Only Exception
Just the Way You Are
Don't Cry for Me Argentina
And now tallying songs used in Give it Time that were later used in Glee:
Jar of Hearts
(I don't expect too much overlap because I have fewer songs going into this story)
My true tv love though was (is!) Veronica Mars. I also enjoy the Whedon universe, which has extended a bit to Bones, and even a little Castle. (RIP Lost)
Beta reader status: Active but on hiatus (not accepting new requests except from those who already have agreements with me: LizzayMartini, Karma22, Maiqu, NicolasaMaria). Have been beta reading for Like Entropy by NicolasaMaria, It's a Business Doing Pleasure, and concluded beta reading for Here in Your Arms by the same author. Beta reading for Seven Deadly Sins by Karma22 and other works by the same author. Currently beta reading Maiqu's St. Berry story Break Out of the Funk and LizzayMartini's St. Puckleberry Finn story Did You Miss Me While You Were Looking For Yourself.
