Poll: Would anyone be interested in a new Pokémon fanfic? It's a Mystery Dungeon one, but doesn't follow the game closely. There will be references to the games, but other than that, it's original. Vote Now!
Author has written 8 stories for Sonic the Hedgehog, and Dragon's Dogma.
9/2/15-Sixth form. It eats up your free time. *sigh* Well, still alive, and going through Year 13! See below for story information.
Profile Pic: Since I've got Pokemon Y, it should be a Yveltal. It is? Okay then. BEHOLD, THE LEGENDARY Y BIRD! IT FLIES! IT DESTROYS STUFF! IT...may be linked to death. No wait, don't run away, I'm sure Yveltal just wants to hug people!...Yes, hug people with his deadly claw tipped wings.
This place is so very dead and serves as a monument to those forums that had potential: http://www.fanfiction.net/forum/Sonic_RP_TO_THE_MAX/110692/
How I usually review: I know, I should be reviewing more often...if I do review your story, don't be put off by the fact I only review a few times and vanish suddenly. If it's on my favourites list, I'm still reading the story!
Also...I'd like to take a moment to say how much I hate Mary Sues/Gary Stu characters. I run myself ragged putting my OCs through Mary Sue tests, and giving them weaknesses and such. I might even write a Mary Sue parody fic when I have the time. But honestly, when I see a Mary Sue story, or a story with an overpowered chracter, with no weaknesses to balance their abilities out...I want to reach through the computer, and slap someone. You're lucky I can't...so, from now on, I will offer my services as a Beta Reader to check stories, and gently point out, GENTLY that Edward Sparklefang Shineway Glitterboy is overpowered. No, not talking about Twilight at all...
PMs: Don't be shy, you can PM me with any random messages you have, from plot suggestions and OCs to RPing and if I like the taste of blood or not.
Name:Swiftshadow, Swift to my friends
Age: I'M REPEATING MY A LEVELS. How embarrassing. Or maybe not, since I just admitted it. But 17, and doing two subjects plus other subject that I really don't like, but picked because it's not exam based. *shrug* I'm a bad person.
Hobbies: Reading, knitting, RPing, typing...
Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
Books: Twilight (but I'm not crazy about it) Cat Paradise (a manga) Inheritance Cycle, Warrior Cats, His Dark Materials, How to Train your Dragon and Jane Eyre.
Games: Drawn to Life, Pokemon, Harvest Moon, Sonic, Phoenix Wright, Solatorobo, Ghost Trick and even though I haven't played them and am too much of a wuss to do so, Persona 3 and 4, and the Devil Survivor games. I may get Break Record, if it ever actually comes out.
TV shows: Primeval, Fatal Encounters, Disappeared, Redrum (murder! But in reverse!) various documentaries, and MLP. It's strange to switch from depressing crime stuff to ponies.
Likes: Games, procrastinating, daydreaming, writing (I wouldn't be here otherwise) Mountain Dew, Sociology and Psychology.
Dislikes: Exams, essays, long essays, homework, Media coursework, deadlines and OVERPOWERED HYDREIGON. Great StarClan.
About me: I'm really procrastinating at the moment when I should be writing or revising. So let me get back to that.
Favorite animals: Rats (they're cute, but they get a bad reputation...) crows, pigeons, dogs, wolves and jackals.
Zodiac signs: I'm a Fire Rat (Chinese zodiac) and a Pisces.
What I think of most pairings: To clear things up a bit, I'm neutral when it comes to most pairings. As long as...umm, the questionable ones aren't graphic, I won't go, 'Eww.' This means, I will not favour any type of pairing over the other ones, unless it's canon. I'm crap at romance writing anyway, and I concentrate on adventure type stuff, so I don't think you'll be seeing any romance fics in the future. StarClan forbid I write a M rated story. I don't think my sort of traditional 'looks at certain acts and goes, How Shocking!' nature could handle it. It's getting better with time, but I still cringe. But one pairing I'm not too fond of is Main Canon Character and OC. I have seen this pairing go well in other stories, but well...if it doesn't go well, you have a Sue and an OOC character. Not that I am worried about OOCness anyway, looking back at my old stories.
Some random facts:
I have Aspergers, and I'm proud of it! I won't use this as a pity card though, but I ask that you be a bit patient if it seems that I don't understand things too easily.
Swiftshadow is my Warrior cat name! I also beat the Warrior Cats adventure game, and I also have the name of Swiftfire! (somehow? Perhaps I hit the wrong letter or something). Eff yeah, ShadowClan. Sort of. When they're not starting territory wars and being nasty.
I've currently moved away from the Sonic fandom, and now live between fandoms somewhat! The archives I visit are, Persona, Pokemon, Sonic (not so much now) Warrior Cats (somewhat) and anything else I like.

Teh Video game news (and some story updates, along with other stuff)! (9/2/15
As a Christmas present, I got Persona Q!...Yes, it wasn't the best thing to get what with exams and all, but still awesome.
Well...what can I say about Persona Q? For starters, I'm more familiar with Persona 3 and its characters. So, when I first played PQ, I played the P3 route first. It was fine and everything, but I've started the Persona 4 route, and I've realised that P3 route is a lot more serious and may have fewer Strolls than P4 route. It's even reflected in the battle music-Dark Hour version is less cheerful and more, 'Stuff's going down!' while Midnight Channel version is ridiculously happy, and the singer reminds me of Rise for some reason. Overall, I liked the music.
However, Persona Q is a puzzle game. While I consider myself to be a smart person (sometimes), puzzles...well, let's just say I only managed to get through Ghost Trick. Thankfully, Persona Q is less tricky and more frustrating if you tend to miss some things. In certain labyrinths, I would look up how to get through the floor if I felt that I had no other choice. But, in hindsight, I could have muscled my way past the FOEs, as I was playing on the easiest mode there was...Safety Mode. If you play on Safety Mode, you can basically ambush an FOE, set your party to Rush, and head to the kitchen for a bit of tea while you wait, occasionally coming back to 'Continue' if your party has been defeated. Another thing-Naoto really is OP. Let me tell you a story.
In the Evil Spirit Club, there is a certain pesky FOE. I won't spoil the surprise for you, but it is annoying, and I now consider it to be my arch enemy. I was caught by this FOE. It had the advantage, but on my next turn, Naoto stepped forward, threw out a Mahamaon, and the FOE was wiped out instantly. One minute, 'Grr I'm going to kill you and your little Persona using dog too' and then, poof. Persona card screen. If you know you will find the game difficult, find yourself an Light/Dark spellcaster, slap Impure Reach on them, and you will be the Shadow Slayer of the Labyrinth. Though, perhaps that title should go to Zen. I have yet to test it, and Naoto technically is the best person to get Impure Reach, but the IR skill boosts your accuracy.
In other news, story. I found the story...well, awesome! I did get a bit annoyed with going through labyrinths and only cryptic information was being revealed after boss fights, but let me tell you, the plot really picks up after the fourth dungeon. I used Zen and Rei throughout my trip through the labyrinths, and I found myself getting attached to them, and d'awwing at their relationship. Zen promises to protect Rei, helps her through the labyrinth like a sir, and generally looks out for her. Rei is like, totally into Zen, and tries to hint towards it, but Zen is...well, he's not stupid, just innocent or a bit naive. I strongly advise you use them in your party-Zen has a wide range of elemental skills and his crossbow/physical attack is high, while Rei is an awesome healer, and actually has a passive skill that allows her to recover SP per step through labyrinth. While she can't heal you outside of battle, she can in battle, and with that passive skill, she'll be throwing out heals for days, as my fellow students would say.
If you haven't picked up the game and you're a Persona 3/4 fan (sorry, there's no Maya or Tatsuya for you, olden Persona fans), what are you waiting for? I can understand if you don't have a 3DS, don't like the art style, see Zen and Rei as rather simple one shot characters, and in general see PQ as a fanservice game, but it is an epic fanservice game. I don't think you're going to see Minato and Yu Freaking Narukami shaking hands any time soon, unless Atlus has another 3/4 crossover in Persona 5, which I highly doubt. Persona 3 and 4 are good, but maybe it's time for everyone to move on, and not wait for the latest Persona 34: The Rainbow Ultra Super Epic Shiny Extreme Golden: Adachi and Minako version.
I really did laugh when I first heard that the game after Persona 4 Arena would be 'Persona 4: THE ULTIMAX ULTRA SUPLEX HOLD' in Japan.
People, I haven't given up on writing fanfiction! Sixth form, UCAS (as in, applying to universities) and coursework as well as a few family issues have taken up my time. And...yeah, I'll admit procrastination takes up time as well. As well as Alpha Sapphire and Persona Q. But, I shall try to have my Pokemon Mystery Dungeon fanfic finished by the summer, or at least publish it in August. As for Four Minutes...I'll come back to that at some point. And I will also rewrite and finish the Shadow and Light series if I get time, there is enough interest and I'm motivated to. I will however, leave fanfiction in a few years time, or at least retire from writing them on a daily basis. Everyone has to move on at some point.
Times I am available to reply in PMs-
Week: 4:00 PM (British time) to 10:00 PM or 12:00, depending on my school timetable. For people who live in different timezones, you should tell me the time you're available, and I'll try and see if I can get on at that time, as long as it isn't insanely early in the morning.
Friday to Sunday: 6:00 AM (British time) to 11:30 PM, depending on if I can reach my Netbook. If I don't reply back straight away, I'm asleep, doing work, or grounded from using my Netbook.
This timetable does not even matter since I have NO INTERNET. Yes. I've been without Internet from since March. It's a tragedy, but at least it's not distracting me. The local library is somewhat awful, though.
