Author has written 43 stories for Transformers/Beast Wars, Harry Potter, Batman, Kuroshitsuji, Ouran High School Host Club, South Park, and My Little Pony.
Two new stories for My Little Pony are in the works. Swear Not By The Moon, which will be a companion piece to The Inconstant Moon set inside Luna's mind, and Stars In Their Multitudes, which is a piece that I'm sure to receive angry messages about. Friendly reminder that I don't ship all the same ships as everyone else, ladies and gentlemen.
"Though The Stars Walk Backward" is set in what I am gonna call my "real timeline," and has been edited to remain as such. Stars In Their Multitudes will also live within this timeline, as will most of my work in that fandom. And trust me, there will be more of them.
The Inconstant Moon and its companion piece Swear Not By The Moon are being nudged over into "What If" territory. Elements that appear within those stories are, in fact, part of my personal canon, but the stories themselves are not treated as part of my normal timeline.
While I believe mental illness needs to be represented in fiction more healthily and prominently, using it to explain away Nightmare Moon as a secondary personality is not the way to do so. It clears Luna of wrongdoing, and removes crucial personality flaws without which her character could not develop. And isn't one "special snowflake flawless alicorn princess" enough for one fandom?
