I like writing for fun, and have been so immeasurably lucky to have gathered such a following. But, and here ye be warned, my updates are far from regular. Though I'm far from a full time student these days, I am working between 60-70 hours a week between my two jobs (bakery & nanny). In addition at that I have recently become a proud homeowner, which comes with it the added responsibilities of... adulting.I can't promise consistency, but I can promise that I will always do my best to keep up with these stories and the fans behind them. In addition, I am usually pretty responsive to prods and pokes from reviewers to update more often. They really are the fuel that keeps me going, even when I'm fairly convinced the plot has completely wandered off without me.
I'm a 90's child and my preferred universes generally fall into those categories. I'm a big fan of The Flash, all things Marvel, Supernatural, Stargate, Harry Potter, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Heroes, X-Men (in a variety of forms), and generally all things science fiction or fantasy. I always love a good crossover, and most of my stories reflect that. I feel it gives a familiar universe a new depth and new opportunities to explore different possibilities and new sides to characters that you may not have otherwise seen if you hadn't taken them out of their own known universe.
I am in the process of working on some of my own original fiction. I have published one non-fiction in the past called 'Rotaracting 101' under a different pen name. It was essentially a how-to guide for Rotaract, which is seriously one of the best community service organizations I have ever been involved in if simply for the fact that it had no set in stone over arcing agenda (leaving individual clubs to able to pursue passions of interest to them) and had a huge built support network of senior member (Rotary International is one of the worlds largest community service professionals network and is almost single-handedly responsible for decimation of vaccines that led to the eradication of Polio as a global health threat). Right now I've got a half dozen projects in the works and two dozen more floating about inside my head. I have no guarantees as to when or if any of these will ever see the light of day. But we'll see :)
