Author has written 4 stories for Haruhi Suzumiya series.
I'm an American guy, I enjoy lots of things - poetry, a glass of scotch, and of course my friend Baxter here - (wait - no.) I read allot. I'd like to become good at writing(and spelling sob) . I like rock climbing and other out door activities like camping, hiking, biking, etc. And DDR. But that's not outdoor. I love art - pretty much anything that can draw out an emotional response from people (in a good way). If my writing can put across the emotion than I feel like a winner.
You stay classy reader.
P.S. - I just lived in Germany for two years. I'm looking to keep my German up, but haven't had anyone to practice with, if you're a German and reading this drop me a line. I'd love to talk - Also, schreib mir was, und wir sprechen gel?.
Personal thoughts on stories -
It had to be You - Evangelion strikes a chord so deep in me that it's hard really to describe what I'm feeling. Anyone who has been deeply depressed, I think, can really resonate with the emotions being put across in most of the series. I've personally allways wondered at what would happen to Shinji, what his motivations are, after the end of it all, and how he would bounce back to reality. Asuka plays a more than important part in his past, and will in his future, shaping who he is to become, she is in my mind as integral to him as he is to her, and their relationship with each other has always been somthing of a terror to me. This is basicly going to be a multiple chapter story on my personal view of how their relationship would likely develop amidst the restoration of humanity. It's been done before, and probably better, but I still feel the desire to take pot shots at it.
Princess Haruhi and the rebel John Smith - Haruhi has taken a liking to western fairytales, and seeing a chance to help Kyon make important choices in life, rewrites reality. Now Kyon must save Princess Haruhi from an evil king, find his lost friends in this new world and set things right.
The Woman behind the curtain - Haruhi creates existance in order to find the perfect companion, the current experiment is just the latest iteration of it all. Sadly she hasn't found what she's looking for yet - but she has hope.
Silly Romantic- I'm pretty unfamiliar with the series here, only really learning about it from other fanficton, so it's more than likely a little (or many much) OOC; I kind of imagine Haruhi as the type of person who's always getting what she wants, period, spoiled if you want. After all, she's God in the form of a teenage girl.
