More Than Tale (Oneshot, Drama/Fantasy/Supernatural)

The Hallows; those great, terrible objects. This is their story. Oneshot.

(My take on what happened with the Deathly Hallows and how they were created. After all, most legends have a grain of truth in them, but no more than a grain. COMPLETE)

Naruto of the Wood Release (Multi-chapter, Adventure/Drama)

A high-risk gambit by Danzo leaves an infant Naruto with the legendary Wood bloodline. Watch a multi-element-wielding Naruto on the way to fulfilling his dreams. Mokuton!Naruto

(A somewhat overlooked bloodline for Naruto during the time I started this, and one extremely useful for a container. My first multi-chapter story. ABANDONED.)

A Legend Reborn (Multi-chapter, Adventure)

Rather than Naruto, a reborn Minato contains the Kyuubi; this is his story. Strong, smart, genjutsu-wielding "Naruto".

(Naruto dies, and Minato has to take desperate measures. How will the legendary Hokage deal with the challenges that would normally be Naruto's to face? ABANDONED.)

Descriptions are Lethal in her Hands (Oneshot, Parody/Humor/Tragedy)

Bella gets a chance to describe her precious Edward out loud. Too bad she forgot to breathe...

(One might think this was made as an obligatory Twilight parody, but it simply started as the question: "What would happen if all those long-winded descriptions from the original book were given voice?" My first reaction was to be horrified (which is why I didn't hesitate to kill off the protagonists now). The second thought was the concept itself, this plot bunny. COMPLETE)

Shirou the Aozaki (Plus Emiya) (Multi-chapter, Adventure/Family)

(I'm in a predicament with this story. I haven't ever played Fate/Grand Order. Thus, there is a lot of material I've missed. Hiatus.)

On a Similar Path (Multi-chapter, Adventure/Fantasy)

(Harry Potter is an old love, but still very much burning. 'Harry Potter is a boy living with a normal family - his aunt, uncle and cousin. Unfortunately for them, Harry is not normal even by wizarding standards. In fact, he stands out in much the same way as a young Tom Riddle did and is even... on a similar path. An attempt at writing an old cliche well.'

While my first chapter is barely acceptable and the second one is mediocre, I like to believe that I've improved since then. (I wrote the first chapter back in late 2014, but left it alone until recently.) Active, Ch. 6 ~20% done and progressing slowly. As of Feb. 25th, 2021.)

Thousand Hands (Multi-chapter, Adventure/Friendship)

('Naruto was born to Minato and Kushina, as expected; one of them had something unexpected in their ancestry, though. Naruto ends up teaming up with Uchiha Biwako (fem Sasuke), in a strange likeness to Hashirama and Madara. Senju, Medic nin, Mokuton (Wood Style) Naruto. Moderately AU.'

I have always had a weakness to Wood Style, long before it was cool and definitely before it became super-overpowered. I also like it when Naruto and Sasuke team up. Sasuke (Biwako here) having been born a girl is something that occurred along the way. Status: Active, Ch.12 AKA Ch. 8.0 30% or so done, progressing at a decent pace. As of Feb. 25th, 2021

Update Mar. 22nd: Ch. 12/8.0 approx. 80% done.

April 3rd: Ch.12 /8.0 95% done at least. Going through final edits.

April 9th: blame my Beta Reader. :D

August 2016: Note that any non-oneshot story of mine published before this month is discontinued, though I might write a new Mokuton-Naruto fic (edit 2020: which I did). All those stories are my earliest works, thus much worse than anything I can write today.

HP1)Make A Wish by Rorschach's Blot (Multi-chapter)

"Harry has learned the prophesy and he does not believe that a schoolboy can defeat Voldemort, so he decides that if he is going to die then he is first going to live."

You thought that canon!Harry was lucky? That the universe conspired so that a (pre-)teen with no real drive or ambition overcame challenges he shouldn't have been able to? Wait till you read this fic! "I'm Mr. Black, and I am just a guy on vacation" (Harry). "Mr. Black – Ex-Dark Lord or the Incarnation of Death and Destruction", "Mr. Black allegedly destroyed several civilizations" (The Quibbler).

Features badass!Harry, barmy-and-head-in-clouds!Dumbledore (much more so than canon), a lot of americanisms (doesn't really detract from the value of the fic) and Luna and slight crack... all of which are to be expected; Rorschach's Blot wrote it after all. A classic, anyone who is interested in the Harry Potter fandom should read this fic NOW if they haven't.

HP2)Harry Potter and the Wastelands of Time by joe6991 (Multi-chapter)

"Take a deep breath, count back from ten… and above all else – don't worry! It'll all be over soon. The world, that is. Yet for Harry Potter the end is just the beginning. Enemies close in on all sides, and Harry faces his greatest challenge of all - Time."

Takes the concept of repeated time loops to an extreme, but we only get to see the "final" loop (there is a limit; even one more loop would result in Harry and the entire universe kicking the bucket for good, so no "I have more chances, so all's well"). The Harry of this fic is badass. Heck, the entire fic is badass! Super!Harry but not cheap, super!Voldemort balances him out. Obscure creatures of untold terror show up under the control of Voldemort, and the author seems to have been heavily influenced by Stephen King -- I think he even admitted so somewhere. Now there's a sequel up, the Heartlands of Time.

N1)Do You Remember Love by DigiFruit (oneshot)

"Naruto dies and then wakes up as a twelve-year-old genin. He discovers that the shadow clone technique duplicates his soul each time he uses it, and he is cursed to relive the tragedy that is his life over and over again for every soul he had duplicated."

Do You Remember Love -all of Digifruit's Naruto oneshots really- can make someone who hates the pairing NarutoxSakura, Sakura, romance fics, the Naruto universe, oneshots -even fanfiction in general- completely change their mind. Highly recommended. Digifruit's fics prove that True Art is NOT NECESSARILY angsty, since they can invoke extreme emotions, but feature only a little angst. She (or he?) is in my fav. authors list for a reason.

This fic in particular is a long-term time loop story, and kind of includes some of Digifruit's other oneshots in its plot, which is why I chose Do You Remember Love to slip in a review of all of Digifruit's Naruto fanfics.

HP3)Lessons With Hagrid by NothingPretentious (oneshot)

""Have you found out how to get past that beast of Hagrid's yet?" ...Snape kicks Harry out of 'Remedial Potions', but as we know from The Philosopher's Stone, there is another Occlumens in the school good enough to keep out the Dark Lord. Stupid oneshot."

"Nobody's subtler than ol' Hagrid!" (Pounds the table) This is crack at its best. The premise is that Hagrid is a master Occlumens, so he teaches Harry after Snape ceases his lessons. Not to be taken too seriously. The author justifies Hagrid's master Occlumens status with the help of a plot hole in the first book. (Said plot hole is actually easily explainable, but this way is funnier.)

"Carpenter (noun): a person who makes and/or repairs wooden objects and structures."

The First Hokage from 'Naruto', Hashirama, is technically a carpenter! (Same with Yamato AKA Tenzo)
