Hi! Glad to see you've checked out my profile here but although I always have a lot to say...I'll refrain from doing so here.

I love to read and though I went many years without putting pen to paper, reading fanfiction is what got me going once again. The first fic I wrote I'm not terribly proud of but since then everything has just been kinda falling back into place. I hope you'll check out my works and maybe you'll find something you like.

I would encourage you to check out my favorites as well. There are some truly amazing stories in there.

Some people have asked me about the origin of my name so I'll explain.

Inuyasha is really the first manga/anime I fell in love with (became obsessed with...whatever). When I first found this site, I only read the stories everyone else wrote and mainly only read Inuyasha. So, of course, as tribute my name became halfdemonfan. It wasn't until I really got into Naruto and Bleach that I started writing again so even though my name is all because of Inuyahsa, I have never written a fic for it.

One little manga gets under my skin and soon enough I turn into an otaku. Really, this stuff sould come with warning labels!

Well hi there!

I've been receiving a lot of PMs and messages lately so I wanted to give you all an update. First of all, thank you so much for everyone who's been waiting so patiently for the continuation of both With Every Beat and The Magic of Her. Your wishes for the next installment continue to motivate me to work on both stories every free moment I have. The problem is there aren't a ton of free moments...at the moment. :)

I'm January, I started a new position within my organization that has increased my responsibilities, changed the hours I work, and that's on top of learning the ropes of this new position. So yes, it has been a WHILE since I last updated, but I WILL finish the stories. The unfortunate reality is that the updates will be slower in coming. I appreciate the patience (and enthusiasm) from my readers, but keep the faith! I'm working on new chapters for each story right now and I hope to bring you yummy goodness soon.
