I'm not putting those "You know you're a yada-yada if etc" or those "If blah-blah put this on your profile" things on here. I ignore those when I come across them in one of your guys' profiles.
Yes, I look at your guys' profiles. I look at all profiles that review/fav my fics. I'm curious about what kind of audience my ideas are attracting.
I'll probably add some stuff below this section later...
I own a Sesshomaru plushie which I've had since Sept 2009. My friend gave him to me when she promised to buy me a plushie for my birthday -- then I got him after 2 of my birthdays passed. Took long enough.
Actually, I wanted a Byakuya Kuchiki plushie. At the end of an Anime Insider magazine they showed a Byakuya plushie with a little thought bubble that said "This is not funny" but it did look funny After my birthday passed - nothing. Another month, 2, 3, 4, 5 - nothing. After summer break - nothing. Christmas - nothing. My birthday again - nothing. Months passing - nothing. And then summer break again, and then...
When we came back two of my friends said that my friend-who'd-promised-plushie had something special for me. A present. I would be surprised. I would be happy but neither were telling. The whole day passed and I didn't have a single class with her so I waited near the buses since she'd have to pass by there. Then I saw her with arms extended and hair now dyed. Hug. "Where's my present?"
Then she reached into her backpack and pulled him out! "What happened to Byakuya?" You'd think after like two years it would be the one I reminded her about. I still really liked it, it's Sessy.
Wave at the screen, Sessy. Wave at the screen
Speaking of Anime that I own, on Thurs, April 8th, 2010 (I'm being so specific so that I can remember) I bought a volume of Inuyasha.
To clarify, I don't own much anime stuff... Maybe some Pokemon things here and there in my childhood, like a Meowth plushie and original 150 Pokemon blanket, a Pikachu clock and other little toys, but many of those have been donated away...
I joined this program and there was a workshop where they talked about an overnight trip to visit the San Diego universities. Thurs was Day 2 of trip. We went to the UC San Diego and at the end of it they told us we could buy something at their bookstore. I went in and found an area that said "MANGA" and saw that they had new volumes of Inuyasha. After figuring out which was the volume I had to have as my own I bought volume 38- the one where Kagura dies. That makes it the 2nd that I have ever bought.
In August 2011, I bought the last volume of Inuyasha, now making it the 3rd thing I have ever bought.
Yes, I know I said I wouldn't do that "put this on your profile" thing but this, this is just, just look
