Author has written 9 stories for Twilight, Bones, and Vampire Diaries.
I’ve worn many hats thus far but one thing has remained relatively consistent since I was five and that is writing. The first story I ever wrote was on colored construction paper, written in crayon and from there the passion only grew. It followed me into elementary school and through college where I majored in Mass Communications with a concentration in television and film with writing and advertising as minors.
Career paths have habit of changing however and while I do write professionally it is more to the tune of marketing and advertising material. Creative writing had become more of a hobby over the years, when I had time to do it but it is still something I am and will always be passionate about.
Now that I’ve shaken a bit of the rust off (before joining this site I hadn’t written anything in close to 15 years), my new plan and goal for 2014 is to actually get something published. I will always have fanfiction to thank for bringing that creative spark back into my life that had been dormant for far too long and will continue to enjoy writing it.
That’s enough about me. Here’s something for you:
If you’re truly passionate about something, do it and strive to be the best you can at it. Even if it is a hobby, make the time for it. Don’t let anything or anyone stop you from achieving your goals, whether it is writing or anything else. You won’t be perfect at it right away and that’s okay. I believe we learn more from our mistakes than our successes.
I hope you enjoy reading my work as much as I enjoy writing it
