I guess this is where I'm supposed to tell you something about myself and my motivations for writing. The problem is, writing your own bio seems so wildly self-absorbed that I just can't do it. So I guess you will have to remained unenlightened, and I will have to let my stories speak for me. I am currently at least modestly involved in four fandoms: NCIS, Lie to Me, In Plain Sight, and Castle. So far I have mostly posted fic for NCIS and Lie to Me but that could change at any moment. I write slowly so I will try not to post anything that is not complete (or at least able to stand alone if there is more to come) that way you won't end up waiting forever for the end of a story. ETA: Okay, so Castle has eaten my brain and it seems like that will be much of what I will be writing for the foreseeable future (which, since I make no claims as a psychic is not actually much of a prediction). I also seem to have given up on the whole finish them before posting idea - I blame my review addiction for that slip - but I am working hard on persistence so I think you're all safe there. In Real Life I am an overeducated riding instructor (biochem degree) and writing is my intellectual outlet. In case anyone is interested, I am also on LJ and twitter under the same name. My twitter handle used to be different but I finally realized I have already successfully offended every uptight person in my real life so having them find me online really doesn't matter anymore.
