Update on life (10/16/14): Dear God Diplomacy is a struggle. Also schoolwork. I literally can't college. How do I college? You'd think I'd have figured it out by the third year.
Working on: Got a little ahead of myself with Hermione and Glorfindel's relationship for next chapter; when I reread I realized that they're not ready to kiss yet. (Sorry.) It's coming soon though. They do wake up in bed together, that counts for something. Cafe will have to wait for a while; I know where it's going but I haven't started the next chapter yet. I brushed off an old project, Imperio, and got that posted today--at some point the loose set of three one-shots will be finished with Avada Kedavra (that one'll be Snape-centric, prequel-ish to Crucio).
Reading:Didn't like Divergent, or its sequels. Blech. Reread Brandon Sanderson's Mistborn books, and caught the related novel Allomancy of Law or whatever it's called--really enjoyed it. In the preface he writes about having plans for two more trilogies set on Scadrian and I hope that plan becomes reality.
Watching: FREAKSHOW!!! AMERICAN HORROR STORY AM I RIGHT?????? Also Inspector Lewis is back for another season, gotta appreciate that.
Listening to: C.P.E. Bach! One of J.S. Bach's many very talented sons, this year is his 300th birthday and I think we should show him some love. I'm especially a fan of his Concerto for Flute in D minor, Wq. 22. Very sprightly and Baroque. (Only 20 minutes long.)
