Q: "Why are all your longfics cancelled/why do they update so slowly?"
A: idk lol
• Phoenix: The story started off badly and I didn't really know what I was doing with Izuku's Quirk. By the time it actually reached a point where even I started to genuinely enjoy reading over it again (around Ch. 11), it was a little late and I had a lot of things I wanted to go back and change. Unfortunately, I'd been reading Tokyo Ghoul at the time and was very much into the idea of someone becoming corrupted by a power they couldn't control, so I planned out quite a lot of things for the second iteration (which basically only shared the concept of phoenix powers with the original). People didn't like it, I realized what a gargantuan task it was, I hit a snag with pacing chapter 3 properly, and I had too much going on at the time and never picked it up again.
• After the Rain: Started with writer's block on Ch. 8, then moved into discontinuation after I realized annoying Raphtalia/Raphumi stans had more or less killed any interest I had in Shield Hero. I'll most likely start it again once the next season begins.
• Fumikage / Binding of Izuku: Both ideas I really liked and still really like, and that I keep meaning to get back to, but I never do. Eeegh. I swear I will someday. Probably.
• One For Walrus: I literally only write this when I'm drunk and I don't drink very often.
