Author has written 4 stories for Final Fantasy VIII, Pirates of the Caribbean, and Village.
Welcome to my amazing(ly boring) profile! How's it going for you all? Well and good, I hope. ANYWAY, I love a lot of stuff. I love reading, writing, music, theatre, watching movies, my friends and family (yes, I'm not a parent-hater), editing . . .like I said, a lot of stuff.
Other things I love: Anime and Manga (of which I am deprived because my parents think it's stupid), pasta, the Final Fantasy games (of which I am also deprived), Diet Coke, Joan of Arcadia, Lost, Alias, and CSI (they're THE SHOWS), Harry Potter, commas, the rain, cooking, languages, acting,. . . and other things I can't quite think of right now.
To all those with stories unfinished: FINISH THEM! (I know, I'm being hypocritical. . . my apologies)
Lindz: Looove all your stories! You're the best muh friend!
Wev: LOVE! Thanks for taking a chance on my beta-ing! I'm sorry I'm so slow . . . :)
If anyone wants to read a fantastic story: Check out altol's Fire and Ice. I think it is probably the best story of that genre I've ever read.
About me: I don't usually write for anyone but myself. I write when the muse descends and when I'm not stressed out and busy (which isn't often). I always have tons of flashes of good plots pop in and out of my brain, but they rarely make it to the word processer. I don't like admitting it, but I'm a huge review junkie and I feel all warm and fuzzy when I see that my stuff has been favorited. I rarely get the chance to actually be creative becauseI am devoted to my studies and I also have had a writers block for a LONG ASS TIME NOWand IT CAN GO AWAY WHENEVER IT WANTS (hinthinthint). Well there are tons of, I think, good snippets of stories stored away on my laptop that will probably never go beyond that point, but I would love to see them develop someday.
Movie Recommendations (I actually have good taste in movies... most of the time): Lost in Translation, Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Pride and Prejudice, The Transporter, X-Men... any and all, Now, Voyager, The Princess Bride, The Court Jester, Kuch naa Kaho, Chameli, Les Choristes, Shopgirl, Abandon, Nicholas Nickelby, Good Will Hunting, and oh, so many more.
Book Recommendations: Any Jasper Fforde, any Meg Cabot, Pride and Prejudice, Crown Duel, Griffin and Sabine, any Robin McKinley, any Margaret Petersen Haddix, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, Wicked (but only if you're in for a WEIRD ride), Blindness, Lilies of the Field, Agnes of God, any Tom Stoppard but especially Arcadia, Sabriel, and SO many more.
Scattered Rain: I have a whole plot outline, but I'm losing interest.
Happiness: Was one shot. I might do more one shots (cause I like 'em!), but that all depends on if I find something I want to do one on.
Blind: Was also a one shot. Really fun to do because I liked Ivy and the movie.
Stories In the Works:
An original fic, futuristic, about some sort of segregation (it's better than it sounds)
One shot on Lost . . . man I love that show . . .
One that kind of expands on a dream I had . . . original
One shot for Hermione
Oodles of other random blathering originals that will probably stay inside my computer ;-)
Well, I think I've babbled on long enough now, so I'll try and post some stuff up!
"It gets a whole lot more complicated when you have kids...The most terrifying day of your life is the day the first one is born...Your life, as you know it... is gone. Never to return. But they learn how to walk, and they learn how to talk... and you want to be with them. And they turn out to be the most delightful people you will ever meet in your life." -Bob, Lost in Translation
