Author has written 3 stories for Harry Potter.
Greetings! Welcome to my profile. Let's see; a little about myself. I am from the US, I am enrolled in high school, I play baseball and video games, and I have recently moved across the country.
For anyone who cares, I deleted all of the stories I am no longer working on off this site. I still have the files on my computer, should I ever choose to revisit any of them, but for now, I don't want any distractions on my current story. More than Teammates is still up because it is a oneshot. Other than that, my stories are gone.
Things that bug me about fellow readers/writers of Harry Potter Fanfiction in particular:People always write about Harry being physically abused by the Dursley's, which isn't true. They did neglect and emotionally abuse him, and they allowed Dudley and Ripper (Marge's dog) to attack him, but Vernon and Petunia never actually beat him.Trollfic writers. I cannot stand reading something that is perhaps worse than Tara Gilesby's My Immortal, which is the most (in)famous trollfic ever. Yet, amazingly, such fics do exist. Reading one of those is about the only time I will ever swear in a review. All of the slash stories. I get it. Some people are homosexual. I have no problem with that. What I do have a problem with, though, is how many slash stories there are, of which about 90% is either Harry/Voldemort or Harry/Draco. Yes, it is fanfiction, so writers can do whatever the hell they want, but of any pairing possible, those are some really dumb ones.People that write Hermione with someone that is between 20 and 30 years older than she is. In particular, Hermione/Snape and Hermione/Sirius. I've never read one of those stories, but every time I see one, I just picture Hermione prostituting herself to whichever man it may be.People that are so narrow-minded as to believe that Harry was in no way manipulated whatsoever during canon. Really? It just so happened that Hogwarts went through the six most dangerous years in its history when Harry was there, and Harry was always in the middle of it? Some things may have happened on their own, but so much of it was due to Dumbledore, by either influencing something to happen, or simply not doing anything. There are a handful of stories that mention an open-ended marriage contract. That makes no sense, when one stops to consider the implications of such a thing. How can that possibly exist? In order for a contract to exist in that sense, it would have to be agreed upon by two parties. Otherwise, there is no guarantee that Harry will find someone available to fulfill the criteria of fulfilling that contract. All suitable women may already be betrothed or otherwise involved with another man.
