Thanks for visiting my profile.
I tend to write all my fics out in full by hand first, then leave them for a while before editing and posting, which means that new fics are few and far between, but once I'm posting a fic, I will to try to post at least weekly.
My first fic, Host, is almost a prologue to Within, rather than a fic in its own right. Nevertheless, I suggest you read Host first, otherwise you won't understand some premises behind Within from Chapter seven onwards. Please don't use them to judge me as an author. I think I've come on a lot since writing them.
A number of the Sanctuary fics have turned in to a series, without my really meaning them to. I suggest that you read them in order, they deviate from cannon progressively. You will be confused if you start at Turn again. The list currently stands as: Monster, Freedom, Sleeping Bear, Turn again. A fifth is in progress.
All other fics stand alone. My personal favorites are Falling Star, then Abduction, Come morning light and Traitor to Rome. It's a pity that nobody reads Shakespeare fanfics. I'm really proud of Traitor to Rome.
My consistent ships are Sam/Jack and Magnitt. I'm a tentative shipper. I require strong evidence of mutual romantic interest (i.e. it must prove itself to be eros love, rather than filios) before I will accept it as a ship. I assume a relationship to be filios based until I have evidence otherwise.
My favorite author is Astraperaspera. He/she focuses on emotional depth, particularly around Sam and Jack. A lot of his/hers are S/J established and beautifully written. They read like poetry, as in rich, crafted language. He/She also fills in blanks that the show frankly needed to, such as bits of Threads and something after S4 Atlantis (not what you think, trust me).
If you believe in Jesus Christ, put this in your profile. Don't just ignore this, because in the Bible it says 'If you deny Me, I will deny you in front of My Father in the gates of Heaven.'
