I love you, you insanely attractive person. (You have a wonderful taste in FanFiction authors.)

Writing is my passion. If I could do it all day every day for the rest of my life, I would (as long as I also get a lifetime supply of tea and chocolate). I have a horribly unhealthy obsession with The Legend of Zelda and a horribly unhealthy obsession with the Ace Attorney series. My goals in life are to travel the world and watch every anime ever until my fangirl heart simply explodes while reading literature. Also maybe get a job and stuff.

I will stay up until two in the morning watching whatever show I'm obsessed with (Sailor Moon, Prince of Tennis, and Wolf's Rain at the moment, it's a lifestyle), I cried when I beat Twilight Princess, and I also cried when I beat Ace Attorney: Trials and Tribulations. I don't even want to tell you how hard I cried after watching Pride and Prejudice. For the fifth time. It makes me very sad that James Dean and Audrey Hepburn are dead, I want Jennifer Lawrence to be my best friend, I wish Vic Mignogna would follow me around talking all day, and I am head over heels in love with Keira Knightley. And Jared Leto, if you're reading this, marry me. Please.

I also have a (not so strange) obsession with The Lion King. My whole family does. We named our cat Kovu, if that tells you anything.

I travel a lot, I am in love with the Middle East (my family is from Syria), and I love getting private messages. So message me! I LOVE FRIENDS.

I can cook nothing, I want to learn how to draw like super well, laundry to me is a complete enigma, and I have the desire to become a secret poker champion (thank you Phoenix and thank you to anybody who understands that reference). I can't do anything productive unless I'm listening to music, I am a very deep sleeper, and I am too emotional for my own good. #feels. All of these things are pretty normal for an odd nineteen year-old such as myself, right? Right.

YAY UPDATE ON MY CURENT PROJECT!!

Now that I'm finished with most FanFiction projects that I was really working on, I'm staring a whole new project--a fairly big one. It's a Legend of Zelda story, titled War of the Four Lands. I want to really take advantage of the ideas that the writers and developers of the games have thrown out there but never really tapped into. I mean, there is literally so much that can be done, but it doesn't seem to me like the developers do it. The games could be on such a bigger scale, with more characters and areas and secrets and stuff. There are so many mysteries and SO much potential, so I'm trying to write a story on a HUUUUGEEE scale, in which everything comes together. It's not AU, really, just Hyrule bigger and better and cooler. There are lots of OCs (some from my previous stories), but also lots of returning characters from different games. It's like a giant mash-up. I'm planning right now on making it a four part series, and have finished the first part and am in the process of posting it. Any who, I hope you all check it out, it's pretty awesome. And, I'm not going to lie, I drew a lot of my inspiration from Game of Thrones.

YAY THIS IS THE SECTION WHERE I WRITE ABOUT MY OCs BECAUSE THEY ARE MY BABIES AND I AM PROUD OF THEM.

Carlotta (Link's Reward/Link's Promise): Carlotta is a kind, loving old woman who owns an antique shop in Hyrule Castle Town. She knew Princess Zelda when she was young and is like family to her. She helps Link and Zelda on their journey to defeat the Source. She is a bit eccentric, and loves telling stories and sharing her ideas and her history with others. She is rather old, with white hair and watery eyes, and walks with an arch in her back. For some reason, she can never remember Link's name, so she refers to him as either "the one in the green tunic" or "the boy with wolf's eyes."

Caine (Link's Reward): Caine is a slightly evil member of the Royal Council who has intentions of running Hyrule his own way. He causes a few obstacles for Link and Zelda as they try to find a cure for the plague running rampant through Hyrule. He is very political and ruthless in his intentions to control the Royal Council (and Princess Zelda), but he is also rather spineless and cowardly. He has blond hair, wears dramatic glasses, and insists on making sure everyone understands how intelligent he is.

Damita (An Assassin's Heart/War of the Four Lands): Damita is by far one of my favorite characters that I've ever come up with. She is an assassin working for Ganondorf's rebel camp and Link's love interest in the story, fighting with two swords. She's a ruthless killer, but also passionately in love with Link. She is charming, feisty, an amazing fighter, and extremely emotional. Damita is the type of person who acts based on her emotions, which sometimes leads her into trouble and inner turmoil. She is impulsive, but when she loves someone, she loves with all her heart. She has silver hair, vivacious green eyes, pale skin, and is extremely slender.

Taralisse (Link's Promise/War of the Four Lands): Tara is a scientist and philosopher who specializes in the study of time, with a feisty personality and a mysterious past. She helps Link in his quest to bring Zelda back, but of course she has motives of her own, as well. Tara is witty, sarcastic, downright nasty sometimes and then tender and motherly other times. She thinks through everything logically, tries to analyze situations as best she can before taking further steps. She has an extremely strong shell due to her painful past, hardly letting anyone inside, and she refuses to let her emotions control her. She has excessively long, dark purple hair with a red streak usually tied up in a braid, violet eyes, olive skin, and is short and curvy. She does not fight, but she is incomparably intelligent and Hyrule's leading scholar of time.

Tempest (Link's Promise/War of the Four Lands): Tempest is a guardian of the Temple of Time, commissioned by the gods to protect it from anyone who tries to defy its limits. He appears as a sort of obstacle in Link's Promise, but proves himself to be more than just a guardian. He seems to have two completely different personalities: one that is child-like, innocent, curious about the world and extremely naive. The other is rather ruthless, cold, and a bit sadistic. He switches between these two personalities depending on what he must do to protect the temple. Tempest is a follower of fate. He has dark red hair, bright green eyes, and papery skin with an orange glow to it, making him look ghostly.

Scheherazade (War of the Four Lands): Scheherazade, who generally goes by Raazi, is a Gerudo living in the capital of Hyrule. She is a belly dancer, but also a mercenary and one of Link's partners and closest friends. She is notorious for being extremely mysterious, and seems to know a lot without letting on to how she knows. She's extremely spiritual as well, almost constantly praying to the goddesses. She is adept with daggers, but generally prefers alchemy: she is one of the best alchemists in Hyrule. She is kind but reasonable, and is always making mistakes when she speaks because Gerudic is her first language. She hates riding horses and she hates cold, and she misses her home in the Gerudo Deserts. She has burgundy, almost purple hair, golden eyes, and tan skin, known for her beauty even among the Gerudos.

Anowaika (War of the Four Lands): Anowaika (nicknamed Ano by her friends) is a full-blooded Sea Zora who was born and raised in the capital of Hyrule. She works as a fisher in the harbor, but is also part of Link's mercenary group. Like most Zoras, she can control water to her will when beneath it, and she can use a spear rather well. But her most useful asset to the team is her healing abilities. An ability rare even among the Zoras. Anowaika is known for her smile and her ability to cheer others up, constantly being enthusiastic and outgoing, and one of the most friendly people one could meet. She also loves taking pictographs, so it's rare to see her without her pictograph box. Her closest friend (she would argue family) is Vukan, a Goron she met while working in the capital. They live together. Anowaika's mother is from the Zora Isles, and so she feels a part of her history is missing. She is desperate to find her father and go back to the home of her ancestors. She has mostly blue scales with some white, finds with hoops at the end, green gems on her forehead and green eyes.

Vukan (War of the Four Lands): Vukan is a Goron who lives in the capital of Hyrule, working as a miner. He is also a mercenary with Link's group. Even among Gorons, he is unbelievably large. He also doesn't speak at all. Never. He is perpetually silent. However, the people he's close to can generally understand what he's thinking, and he's always quick to interfere when Link or Anowaika get ahead of themselves. He is loyal to his friends, and would do pretty much anything to protect them. Especially Anowaika. She is family to him, and he even risks his life to live with her at the harbors of the capital city. The reason he joined the mercenary group is because he hates Queen Zelda and wants to kill her, after she did something terrible to him in his hometown.

More Random Notes: As a passionate member of The Legend of Zelda fandom, I feel I am obligated to voice my opinion on one of the most controversial subjects. Yes, you know what I'm talking about. The Sheik debate: male or female? Personally, I think Sheik can be either. Go with the flow, yo. Follow your HEART. I couldn't care less about the official info or anything, considering the fact that I am an avid FanFICTION writer. That being said, I have a weakness to following canon, so I like to imagine Sheik as both. Just because. When playing Ocarina of Time, I have a hard time believing that Zelda actually loses her boobs and grows balls. But hey, it could happen! But I also immensely enjoy imagining Sheik as male. Fangirl fantasies and whatnot. I don't know. It is what it is, that is my stance on the subject, I refuse to take part in the silly arguments. Because, well, they're silly.

In "Link's Reward," Sheik is female. In "Assassin's Heart," Sheik is a male. For anybody who wanted clarification. But you know...

Canon is not a thing here. It is FanFiction.

I'm not confusing, what?

Important Note about my story "The Legend of Zelda: Link's Reward": When I finished the story, I have to admit, my heart was breaking. There was so much negativity and, honestly, hatred, and it made me very sad and hurt my feelings. I understand why people were angry, and I understand why people were sad, but I am a writer. And as a writer, I want to make you happy with my writing. That being said, I also want to make you sad with my writing. I want to make you angry with my writing. I want to make you laugh, cry, sing, dance, scream with my writing. In my opinion, that's what writing is all about. Getting major emotions out of your readers. I'll admit that the ending was kind of unexpected, but you know what else is unexpected? REAL life. REAL death. We don't have the choice to just go back and rewrite the endings to our stories. I'm sorry if I made people angry. I changed the category from Romance to Tragedy so that I'm not tricking my readers, since I write for YOU, but that's all I'm going to do. There's this really fine line that writers have to walk that divides writing purely for themselves and writing purely for their readers. Maybe I crossed it, but I don't think I did. As a writer, I have to provoke your emotions in a way that I FEEL is right. In fact, as I write this, the anime Death Note is coming to mind. I don't know how many of you have seen it, but literally all of my favorite characters died. Every. Single. One. It made me scream, it made me cry, it made me want to strangle the writers. But ultimately, I was happy they did it, because it made me feel something that's real.

That's writing.

And for those of you who were insulted my choice based on 'good writing' and how to 'properly write a tragedy,' I'm sorry that my writing style was unable to cater to your needs. The bottom line is, I did in fact foreshadow it. Pretty clearly, too. Now I agree that tragedies can be done wrong (Mockingjay is a giant mistake if you ask me), but it depends on what characters stand for and who they are.

Zelda has and always will be a sacrificial symbol in The Legend of Zelda series. All of them. I'm sorry if you disagree, but that is my opinion and I believe it with every fiber of my being.
