Author has written 7 stories for Buffy: The Vampire Slayer, Marvel, DC Superheroes, Dresden Files, Flash, Person of Interest, and Supergirl.

As of early fall of 2015, I am dealing with a series of medical problems that are drastically limiting my ability to write, the biggest one explained by my profile image. I'll try to add parts to things, and to wrap up the ones that are unfinished, but I cannot make promises, folks. Sorry.

Aspiring author with a passing interest in fanfiction, but only in fandoms where the author/creator does not object to fanfiction. If an author objects, I will not write it -- and neither should anyone else. They give us their worlds to look into, but if they don't want us playing there, we should stay the hell out.

Fascinated by all things crime-prevention related, serious martial artist, armchair psychologist, grumpy old person (on occasion). Love role-playing games -- the REAL kind, pencil, paper and dice. MMORPGs aren't RPGs, and you can't convince me otherwise. I've played them, and they are NOT about role-playing.

Love science fiction and fantasy, some horror. No use for cyberpunk, steampunk, or any other kind of punk. Shadowrun nauseates me. The Star Wars franchise should have NEVER included episodes I, II and III. Some of the books are enjoyable, but none of the "series" of Star Wars novels published by Del Rey have been worth more than the match that it would take to burn them. STAR WARS IS NOT GOTH! IT IS NOT EMO! Yet Del Rey seems to think it's both... ("The Force Awakens," however, was a worthy entry to the series.)

Also a former comic book geek. As of Civil War and Final Crisis, I no longer freaking care at all. Too much stupid in too many crossovers and reboots -- keep it. I'll do my own comic stories, thanks.

While I am a fan of many things, I refuse to participate in fandom. It's the source of too much stupid.

If you make me mad, I'll write you into a story and either mock "story you" mercilessly or outright kill "story you" if you've spewed too much stupid. DWIOD.

I am extremely opinionated and don't care who knows it. If that bothers you... okay.

Scarlet and Steel reviews
After the Crisis of Red Skies in 2024, the multiverse becomes one universe. Things go very differently for some, mostly the same for others. In the new universe, in 2017, after being fired by Snapper Carr, Kara "Supergirl" Danvers moves to Central City. She and Barry "the Flash" Allen are good friends, but they may become something more... (Iris married Eddie, no Mon-el.)

Marvel Prime reviews
The Marvel Universe rebooted differently. Ignores all Marvel/Ultimate Marvel continuity, draws on both. Initial focus on a spider-bitten person. Later chapters will feature other characters. Many things from "regular" comics will be different or missing. No Asgard, no bloody mutants, no aliens. Some "regular/Ultimate Marvel" mutants may appear as normal humans or MUTATES instead.

Relevant Wizardry reviews
Reese and Finch's latest number is an odd one. Visiting New York from Chicago, PI Harry Dresden has almost NO digital footprint. No cell phone, no internet presence, not even a power bill. Worse... he advertises in the Yellow Pages under "Wizards." Takes place between "Turn Coat" and "Changes" for Dresden, after "Nothing to Hide" for Reese and Finch. BOOK DRESDEN, NOT TV!

DC: Unified reviews
The DC Universe dies after too many Crises- and is reborn a bit differently. Ignores all continuities; complete Universal Reboot. There will be no New Gods, no Olympian Gods, and very little to do with outer space. Absolutely no multiple Earths! One world, one continuity,

Jocelyn Penobscot was born with the Slayer power, understands it and wields it almost instinctively... and she's going to need her power as not one old enemy of the Scooby Gang, but THREE old enemies return and go to war against the Slayers. Ignores ALL Buffy and Angel comics, and Angel (TV series) Season 5.
