Author has written 8 stories for Scarecrow and Mrs. King.
I am an avid reader of just about anything, as long as it's good writing. I teach fourth grade at the moment, and will be a school librarian next year, so you could say reading and writing are my life! I'm also married to a great guy and the mother of two not-so-small boys. I chose my pen name as a reminder to always keep my life in perspective.
I am an original fan of Scarecrow and Mrs. King, discovering it when it was in its first run on CBS. It was my favorite show as a teenager. When the DVDs started coming out in 2010, I rediscovered the show, which led to my discovery of the wonderful fanfiction that has been written for this show over the years.
I absolutely adore the novel, Pride and Prejudice, along with Jane Austen's works. I also LOVED Lizzie Bennet Diaries and Emma Approved. I love anything related to Austen, both regency and modern adaptations. In my opinion, Colin Firth will always be Mr. Darcy, but I did like Matthew MacFayden, and Jonny Lee Miller will always be Mr. Knightley, though Jeremy Northam is a very close second.
In 2014, I discovered Doctor Who when I heard so much about the 50th anniversary. I loved the Ninth Doctor, but David Tennant stole my heart. Ten will always be my doctor and Rose will always be my favorite companion.
Then, I discovered Sherlock. What an amazing show! I love everything about the modern day portrayal and, of course, Benedict Cumberbatch. I also love the character of Molly Hooper, so I guess I'm a Sherlolly shipper.
It's been several years since I have written anything- I've had too much going on in real-life. I am planning on revisiting my Scarecrow and Mrs. King stories (and, yes, I will be writing a sequel to Season of Change eventually) and may dip my toe in the Sherlolly and Ten/Rose fandoms (very cautiously- Sherlock is such a complicated character!)
