![]() Author has written 36 stories for Saiyuki, Fullmetal Alchemist, Supernatural, and Star Trek: 2009. I'm a university student in Canada studying literature. I would also very much like to give a shout out to the lovely Keyrani. Although she does not write herself and doesn't exactly beta-read per se, she keeps me pointed in the right direction, feeds me plot bunnies and in general helps in corralling my often nebulous new story ideas (she's an excellent sounding board). She is responsible for the Supernatural half of my Supernatural/Star Trek series, if only because she said to me one day "There's this great TV show with two sexy smart-ass brothers, a very hot car and lots of guns. It's called Supernatural. You'd like it." She was right, as she almost always is. I think it's about time I put up a short guide to the USS Impala universe. Just in case it's confusing because I realized that I keep forgetting to put some sort of chronology in my summaries. Oops. Anyway. The stories are generally in chronological order. So far only The Reprimand predates The Tamir Incident (the idea that started it all). Everything else falls into step nice and neat: the order in which it was published is pretty much where the story is located in the universe except for The Prank Defenders! (fun snippets), Snapshots from a Bar (introspective short stories) and Diplomatic Conflict Resolution, which fits in vaguely after Another Day at the Office. The sequel to Diplomatic Conflict Resolution is The Weight of Command. |
