For anyone on Facebook, you can like my page here. Those who do will receive regular updates on where I am with my writing, and occasionally I will post excerpts from the stories I'm working on. Most funny dialogue, because when I write something that makes me giggle, I have this compulsion to share, haha:

Now also on Tumblr under the name "Chellerbelles". Probably won't be updating about my stories here, but who knows?
"Why is a raven like a writing desk?"
"Because Mystique can shapeshift."
I don't suffer from insanity, I enjoy every minute of it.
I've noticed I have a tendency to vary how Remy's powers work depending on what story I'm writing. These variations are all within canon or common fan theories, but I just thought I would point this out so that you all know that just because Remy can do one thing in one of my stories doesn't mean he can do it in another. Same applies to Rogue, but on a lesser scale.
Pet theory: There was this one comic book (X-men #13 - 1991 series) where this building has crashed down around the X-men, and somehow Gambit is dirt free. Personally, I think he cheated and used his powers to disintegrate the dirt in order to maintain his immaculate appearance, hehe. This theory has shown up in a couple of my stories, however briefly, and will probably continue to do so.
Side note: In about three stories now I've had Rogue studying for an aerospace engineering degree. Just so we're clear on the canon here: Rogue doesn't have any tertiary education to my knowledge. However, in the early years while she had Ms Marvel in her head (who would have an aerospace engineering degree as she was, amongst other things, a test pilot in the air force), she did do repairs on the Blackbird and even attempted to do repairs on Cerebro once. She also demonstrated in an issue of Gambit's third solo series (I don't remember which one) that she had some understanding on engineering, and in X-Treme X-Men (series 1) she also worked as a motorcycle mechanic and commented that she had found something she was good at while she'd been with the X-Men. This is why Rogue's mechanically inclined in my stories. I just throw in engineering degrees when it's appropriate for her to have further education.
I hate trying to come up with titles, so I usually end up picking a line from the story and using that as the title, hehe.

Asking Permission
There have been a number of occasions where people have asked me my permission to write certain things. Sometimes I wonder why people think they need my permission in the first place, hehe. So, before you contact me, here are my standard responses:
Writing the X-men version of [insert movie/fairy tale/cartoon/whatever] here: Go right ahead. I don't own the concept in the first place, and I wouldn't be so presumptuous to say that I did.
Using the X-men Presents format: Go right ahead. And if it's an X-Men story, I'll even add it to my community if you share it with me.
Writing 'X-men as celebrities' stories: Go right ahead. I don't own the concept in the first place, and I wouldn't be so presumptuous to say that I did.
Writing the plot laid out in "I Mock Your Shiny Toothpicks" chapter 16: I haven't really decided if I'm going to write this myself yet, but if you really want to, just ask. I will probably say yes, but in return I'd appreciate it if you'd credit the myself and reference the source.
