Author has written 10 stories for Avatar, Nikita, Vampire Diaries, Once Upon a Time, and Dark Swan series, Richelle Mead.
Wrote "New Beginnings," a fic for Richelle Mead's Dark Swan series. I don't normally write fanfiction for books that I have read (with the exception of Harry Potter) because let's face it, Harry Potter is just awesome...but I wrote one for this series. The reason being, because I was so disgusted with how it ended! The story started out so strongly and it was like the author just gave up on the character altogether. At any rate, Eugenie, Dorian and many of the characters did not get the proper send offs that they deserve. This is my own conglomeration of how I think the finally pages should have read.
There seems to be a limited amount of Dark Swan series fan here on fanfiction, so if you liked my ending, please let me know. :) Enjoy!
I also have a page at fictionpress.com...same name (just spelled differently!) A. J. Manders ...fiction and short stories (fantasy, young adult and romance) there for entertainment! :) http://www.fictionpress.com/ajmanders
If you like my writings so far on this website, I recently created a new blog. All things writing, TV reviews, tips on how to eBook publish; as well as my own works of fiction. Don't be afraid to stop by!
Little bit about me...
I live in New York and I like to read and write and be outside as much as possible! I just graduated from college...the world's the limit. Wish me luck!!!
New and Old T.V. shows I am currently obsessed with:
Buffy the Vampire Slayer
The Big Bang Theory
Game of Thrones
Something new I just thought of: Favorite Characters:
Captain "Mal" Malcolm Reynolds (Firefly) Well, one: Nathan Fillion is awesome. But, the character is complex. Very sensitive to people under his command, or people he cares about, despite his rough exterior. He has a past that we rarely know about, but it was there. (And should have had at least 5 seasons to expand upon!) Inara is the only one who unsettles him, because he loves her.
Spike (Buffy the Vampire Slayer) Mostly because of his imperfections. He is very vulnerable despite his tough act and also because of this, extremely likable. There's also that signature leather coat and white hair.
Arya Stark (Game of Thrones) She's so feisty. "Stick them with the pointy end!" Because she is close to her brother Jon Snow, who is also awesome.
Sawyer (Lost) Epic one liners. His dimples. Because even bad boy's have soft spots, and this one most definitely does. Because be becomes a hero although he certainly didn't start off that way.
Prince James "Charming" (Once Upon a Time) Because he is absolutely adorable. But not just that either. He is strong, heroic and has the classical heart of gold. But in the real world, we see that he also isn't perfect and that makes him more human, more complex, a more interesting character than any of the male roles we have seen in Disney flicks. They've given this one layers, finally brought him to life and that makes me happy.
-In which I will certainly add more as I think about them. It is surprising how much TV characters inspire my writing and characters of my own. Some of the best fiction creations are ones that exist on the screen. :P
