Author has written 15 stories for Twilight, and A song of Ice and Fire.
Well I stumbled across fan fiction completely by accident, but was soon hooked. I was a little nervous about writing my own at first, but I've always loved to write and so decided I may as well try.
As for my penname, there is a story behind it related to my first stumble into the world of fan-fiction, but I won't bore you with the details. Trust me, it's not that interesting.
I'm currently only reading/ writing Twilight stuff, but after seeing the long list of books that have fan-fiction written about them on here, that is likely to change soon. First on the list will probably be Harry Potter since I've loved it since I was a child, but I'm sure I will slowly make my way through looking at the fan-fiction for all my favourites books, maybe even some of my favourite TV shows and movies. There's just so much I don't even now where to begin.
As far as Twilight fan-fiction, goes I particularly love reading the pre-twilight back stories. I generally only read canon, though I will delve into AUs stories occasionally. But even when I'm reading an AU story I like it to fit with canon, i.e something might have happened to make events unfold completely different to how they did in the books, but the pairings are still canon and the characters still act as they would in canon. I don't really understand AU-Human genre, but maybe that's just me. I got into fanfiction because I wanted to read more about the characters I fell in love with in the books, not some random humans you just happened to have named Edward and Bella. I'm sure there is some AU-Human stories which are well written, I just don't understand what they have to do with Twilight. I will admit to read the odd Crackfic and silly humor fic - I love finding something that makes me laugh my head off.
