![]() Author has written 1 story for Harry Potter. Well, my name is Laura, and I'm a grumpy, sarcastic person who loves musicals and is obsessed with The Phantom of the Opera. Also, for any of those who keep asking about a sequel for Truth or Dare, while I've written other stuff for the timeline, they are not published online, and I'm not sending them to anybody who asks, so sorry about that, it's not personal. My idol and hero is Andrew Lloyd-Webber, and I'm damn proud of that! Nobody will talk me out of it! He is a genius, end of. Music: Frank Sinatra, Skillet, Puddle of Mudd, The All-American Rejects, Disturbed, My Chemical Romance, Nickelback, Mudvayne, Coldplay, (On a bad day) Draconian, Evanesence, Green Day, The Beatles, Journey, Rise Against, Saliva, Voltaire, most things composed by Andrew Lloyd Webber, and there's probably more that I can't think of right now. To be honest, I like pretty much everything apart from Pop and Rap. TV Shows: ER, Doctor Who, Ashes to Ashes, Monk, Mock the Week, Have I Got News for You, Red Dwarf, Torchwood, Holby City, Come Dine With Me, True Blood, Bewitched I used to love, and I'm absolutely in love with Hustle! Books: The Harry Potter series, I really like H. P. Lovecraft, though it gives me weird dreams, The Phantom of the Opera, every single one of the True Blood books, though Dead to the World is my favourite. I love Agatha Christie, and when I was younger, I read The Series of Unfortunate Events books. They were awesome. Films: Hairspray, If I find out a new movie I want to see, is in anyway influenced by Ridley Scott, I will NOT watch it. Even if it looks amazing. The only movies I watch that has anything to do with him, is the ones I didn't know about beforehand. The Harry Potter films, obviously, the SAW franchise, the Austin Powers series, Music and Lyrics, Love Actually, Notes on a Scandal, The Simpsons Movie, Shutter Island, The Lord of the Rings series, Mamma Mia, Bewitched, Shaun of The Dead, Hot Fuzz, a Star is Born, My Fair Lady, Black Swan... the list goes on and on. A lot of them happen to be musicals, to be honest. No idea how that happened. *Shifty eyes* Theatre: I was honored enough to see John Simm perform as Hamlet last year, and it was one of the best experiences of my entire life. I was also honoured enough to see Ramin Karimloo perform as The Phantom in Love Never Dies, and I can honestly say I both forgot to breathe when he walked on stage, and I thought I'd died and gone to see the big guy upstairs. Other shows I've seen: Chess (the musical) The Phantom of the Opera (X2), Love Never Dies, Swan Lake, Hamlet, Blood Brothers, Sweeney Todd, Marti Pellow in Jekyll and Hyde, the musical, and The Sorcerer. |
