This is a oneshot so it may feel rushed at times but I hope you enjoy what I did with the prompt you gave me. But there's hopefully lots of family fluff in here.

Neal Caffrey is Danny Brooks, mostly unknown adopted child of Bruce Wayne. He left after Jason died at the hands of the Joker. But Jason is alive?

What if, when Hughes is pushed out to retirement again, he says that he will only retire if Bryce Larkin is made to take his place as ASAC? So, everyone is expecting a CIA spy to come in and take over but then they get... Neal?

What if Neal got a head injury and then started talking about being a CIA agent?
