Fandoms and Ships
Teen Titans (BBxRae): I love this show. It's action-packed, dramatic, and it has such a quirky sense of humor. The characters Beast Boy and Raven stole the spotlight IMHO. That's why I ship them, cuz dey are da awesomez! Seriously, there's just so much chemistry between the two. It's not hard to pull out specific incidents and come up with coherent, well-thought-out arguments about why these two should be together. One is inclined to just point and say, "Look at them! Dey need to make babez!" Their relationship is so cute. They are the masters of playful banter, and they just...ugh! To hell with it. I WILL GO DOWN WITH THIS SHIP!
Avatar (Urzai): A series that really entertained me. It made me laugh, cry, squee, etc. However, the more I watched the cartoon, the more I began to realize something: I had nothing to ship. I didn't get into the whole Zutara craze that everyone else was high off of. All the other pairings just didn't have any appeal to me. That all changed when I began falling in fan-love with Ozai, the show's antagonist. He's so badass! Ursa is just a medium through which I express my affections for the evil hunk.
Kim Possible (KimxRon): It's just a fantastic show! The episodes are riveting, the humor is golden, and nothing is too over the top. Kim and Ron are the sweetest couple ever. I melt just thinking about them. Kim is the confident and strong female lead. Ron, on the other hand, is the shy and sweet sidekick. It's just mush-inducing! I lurve it with all mah herts!
Hey Arnold (ArnoldxHelga): Recently got into this show. It's perhaps the most amazing series of childhood adventures and unrequited love ever conceived. Craig Bartlett's a genius! This cartoon has a lot of humor and charm. The best characters are the show's protagonist, a kind-hearted boy by the name of Arnold, and his snide tormentor, Helga. The bully and the boy with a heart of gold are super cute to ship together!
