It's occurred to me that while I want to use fanfiction as a means to promote my original work, I don't necessarily want someone who is interested with my original work, but not acquainted with my fanfiction, to find this account. I don't want to discourage anyone from reading my original writing if my fanfiction leaves them with a negative impression, especially since my writing from middle school and high school leave much to be desired. In addition, I realize that that the homosexual themes in my fanfiction will inevitably scare some new readers off (more on this later). Any input on how I should handle this situation would be greatly appreciated.

As for the homosexual themes that are present in my fanfiction, I am interested in writing them because I find the dynamics of same-sex relationships (platonic or otherwise) to be more interesting and captivating than heterosexual dynamics. Thank you for reading!
