Author has written 4 stories for Vampire Diaries.
HOLLA WORLD WIDE WEB
My name is Rosie. My hometown is London but I go to University in Leeds. Yes, I'm English, but I write my fics in American English because my biggest readers are from across the pond. UK readers and those from all over are well versed in the style so I think it works!
I don't really think of myself as a fiction writer as I aspire to become a columnist style writer and I (like to pretend to) use my blog La Belle Epoque to improve my skills. That said I have a lot of fun reading and writing fan fiction on this site and hope you do to!
I'm a little out of practice on the fictional creativity front so if you have any suggestions for my existing stories or have whole ideas you would like to make real please message me! Another way to contact me would be to follow me on twitter at http://twitter.com/Rosie_Ch.
I really hope you enjoy my stories as much as I do writing them and thank you so much for all your kind and encouraging reviews! You guys are so lovely and give me so much confidence to write more!
Lots of lust
AN 21st May 2013: Last exam tomorrow. Expect new chapters for The Supernatural Babysitter, Sympathy for the Devil and and after popular demand extending The Great Escape to a two-shot! Thanks for being so patient :) stay awesome!
A LITTLE ABOUT ME:
Likes to: write about these things on the internet.
Hopes to: write for the New Yorker, rise up the ranks and execute her diabolical master plan to take over the world in order to make everyone literate, find a way to save the human race from our addiction to things that there aren’t very much of, find and kill the scientists behind the Large Hadron Collider/Black Hole Maker and marry Ian Somerhalder.
(in a nutshell)
My favourite books:
My favourite films:
I couldn't possibly even begin to summarise by great loves in the field of music, so I'll let you speculate.
3 things I would take to a desert island:
20 people I would have dinner with (living, dead or fictional):
Elsa Schiaparelli – rival of one Gabrielle Chanel and perhaps never given her due credit.
Ziggy Stardust – because he played guitar.
Martin Scorcese – so i could ask him whether it’s Teddy or Andrew.
Helena Bonham Carter – simply beautiful. She's a rock star.
Jay Gatsby - a man of passion is a rare thing.
Steve Jobs – he was the artist that changed the face of communication technology. It’s prettier now. *When i made this list he was in the present tense. Sob.
Eric Arthur Blair (a.k.a. George Orwell) – he blows my mind.
Ian Somerhalder – seeing a pattern yet?
Caitlin Moran – “A woman, yes, but still funny.”
Malcolm Gladwell – finally a man who over thinks everything nearly as much as I do!
Ludwig van Beethoven – he was deaf, even Mozart in all his awkward pre-pubescent-ness can’t argue with that.
Emma Stone - unbelievable actress and good head on her shoulders. Did Skeeter justice.
Adam Buxton - he's a witty one that Adam.
Grace Coddington - I'm her 20 years ago. Fingers crossed.
Clemence Poesy - she plays her roles with such grace and poise yet with feminine vigour.
Grace Kelly - a real live princess.
Pete Doherty - Mozart reincarnate.
Joan Jett - I also love rock'n'roll.
Tim Minchin - why I live.
