FEAST YOUR EYES UPON THE NEW AND IMPROVED 'BEING LESS OF AN IDIOT' PROFILE!
Well, I'm Amaryllis3121, formerly Undergargle, but just Kelly to my friends. Or Kelly-Anne, which is my actual name. But I'm starting to prefer Kelly, to be fair ;).
I'm chatty, friendly, I love my readers so very, very much, and think I'm bloody hilarious. I use far too many commas. I can't help it. I just get caught up in writing and end up putting commas everywhere. I also love semi-colons.
I love PMs and I do write requests- Mighty Boosh, Sherlock, Doctor Who, any other fandom you see in my stories. Or, if you have a different fandom you can PM me with it anyway, and if I know it, I'll see what I can do, yeah? Don't worry if it's a little obscure or lesser-known. There's always a chance I've seen it :D.
Or, alternatively, you can PM me anyway, because I love meeting new people and there's always room for another friend.
JOEL DOMMETT. Oh my God, I NEED to marry him. Look him up- perfect specimen.
My best mate is Emilehh. We're co-writing a Sherlock/Doctor Who crossover. I'm posting it, and it's listed with my other stories if you wanna take a look. I suggest you do ;). You could also check out her Sherlock stories, she's in my favourite authors if you wish to find her. She's all lazy and doesn't update often, and she's relatively new to writing, but worth a look :L.
I love the Welsh.
Um... This is my favoutite emoticon: ";)". Closely followed by the increasingly popular "xD".
The things I say on here generally seem to be inconsistent with the person I present myself as in real life. This is 'cause it's easier to be myself to a bunch of people I don't have to face, but I like to play down the parts of me that I don't deem acceptable outside of the internet. My reasons for this are simple: I'm insecure and I don't like rejection. I mean, I'm coming to terms with who I am, it's just taking time :L.
I love Noel Fielding with all my heart and I simply adore his accent and I've always wanted to be from London. I WILL be moving there eventually, but for now I live in Blackpool, on my own, although I'm only seventeen.
I'm a girl, although after much debate, Emilehh and I have decided that I'm actually mistaken about that. I'm a camp man. I can't help it- it just happens xD. I don't really care though. Think what you like about me, insults just kind of roll of my back. I can't take anything to heart. So PM me with all the insults you can think of, and I'll probably just laugh.
I'm surprisingly vain. I say surprisingly because I don't have the right face for it. Vanity and my face do not match xD.
I have an excellent hat. It's a penguin and his name is Danny. He's named after Danny from The Script, because I bought him instead of their CD. Got their CD the next day though, so all is well :D.
What else, what else, what else?
Go and listen to them. Seriously. And then if you don't like them, smack yourself in the face with a damp crab (or a Fab lolly, your choice), and listen to them again. And if you still don't like them... Well, that's alright. I suppose they can't be to everyone's taste xD.
If you are heeding my advice, get your arse to Youtube. I reccomend, if you aren't really into rock or metal (as I wasn't until I heard THEM!), So Far Away or Dear God. Or, the next step up, A Little Piece of Heaven (which is quite amazing, and the video is hilarious), and Gunslinger (oh my God, it is so beautiful). There's also Afterlife, which I adore too. Then, if you don't mind a bit of general rock/metal/whatever they are (it varies), I'd check out Unbound, Nightmare, Welcome to the Family, or even Danger Line, because the bit after the second chorus is totally beautiful and makes me so sad it's just... Oh my word, I cannot describe how fantastic it is. My all-time favourite song from them is Tonight The World Dies, and tied second with Gunslinger is Victim, which is also just... words can't describe.
Ed Sheeran, too. Mainstream, and totally beautiful. I love his voice. He just makes me go all... Wow. I just love him.
The Script, anyone? Love them. Don't know why, just do. So there :).
Also, more about me, I totally live in my Batman hoodie. I love it. So get yourself one, because everyone points at you in the street and just sort of goes "Batman!" It's well funny. And I got called "Sexy Batwoman" once, which was kind of creepy, but nice I suppose. I think.
I'm incredibly immature. I play with Lego, laugh at lampposts (yep, seriously, I saw one the other day on my street, and I'd never noticed it was there so I almost walked into it and just started laughing at it), and the other day I had an argument with a green-man-traffic-light-button-crossing- thingie. Out loud. In front of several very bewildered onlookers. I mean, I won't cross if it's not green- I'm not an idiot- but there was nothing coming and it could have gone green, and then I wouldn't have been running late, and then I wouldn't have been having a go at it, and then we would have both been happy. But no. So I got all fed up and told it off.
I like to put faces on things. It's my motto- "everything needs a face". My clock, my door, some rocks my step-sister bought back from the beach (Ed Sheer-Rock- imagine that!- Delilah, Jennifer and Jim), the sheet that's hung in the middle of my flat (I live in a bedsit, so it's separating the bedroom and the living room). He's called Gareth, he's a ghost, Italian, ex-mafia, gay, and very uncomfortable about his sexuality. The clock's called General Tock, he's master of all the clocks, and if you cross him he'll give you the flu, 'cause he's got jelly voodoo, see. And I know all that rhymes (clock, tock, flu, voodoo). I'm very proud :D. As an additional note, I'm no longer in possession of the flat mentioned here, however this paragraph remains, because I think it sums me up in more ways than I'm proud of :L.
And you should know- my IQ is 158. I'm well proud. I had to brag, because I looked it up, and a lot of people consider "genius" to be 160. But I think genius is relative- "it's all about context," to quote Vince from the Mighty Boosh. 'Cause I'm a massive tit with barely any qualifications and no drive to obtain more. My heart lies along a non-academic path, if I'm honest.
Also, I just a ate a sweet and drooled on my leg. True story. Genius indeed.
Um... This is getting a bit self-indulgent now. I just like to talk.
So there's one final thing.
Please check out my stories.
I write for Mighty Boosh mostly now, because I love it, and one day I honestly hope to be on telly doing what they do. Bringing light into people's lives and a bit of surreal chaos to boot. An unrealistic goal, yes, but one I fully intend to persue with everything I have. Eventually. When I'm a bit older, of course xD.
Oh, and Noel Fielding's Luxury Comedy... 'Nuff said, really. Check it out. It's brilliant. Simple as.
Okay, I've gotta go 'cause my face is bleeding and that is a bad thing.
