Well, hello. I won't bother you with any information out of my personal life, but with some news about my preferences in writing and some statements about stories, films and figures, since they probably give a better insight on the writer and reader 'Me' than my own history.

These are only my personal impressions and in no way an indirect attempt to flame anybody, since this site is intended to express personal preferences and not to uphold to a specific point of view.

- Damon Salvatore: I still think that the greatest insult you can make to the figure of Damon is to characterize him with the phrase: Hard on the outside, soft on the inside. Because it implies that Damon is only a misunderstood person with all this being-afraid-of-being-hurt, shying-away-from-showing-is-vulnerable-side rubbish: I mean so many readers are complaining about the "soft/whiny Stefan", but in their favourite stories they just switch the brothers and cheer at stuff that is such a sticky goo, you don't have a chance to puke because you already suffocated out of deficiency of air. Far more, Damon is like a Sith-Lord being "corrupted" by the good side. Like a anti-Annikan Skywalker. Only with the differences that Damon got the better actor and better plot writers. But this would make Elena the Imperator of the Vampire Diaries universe, wouldn't it? *I'm really running this into the ground.*

But still at the end it's inevitable that Damon will succumb! *insert evil laughter here*

- Stefan Salvatore: The thing I can really apprechiate about the figure - which, sadly, also "disappears" for the most part in the cheesy goo of the Stelena stories on this site - is the way he thinks about a situation, considers the consequences, chooses one option and then goes for it, no matter if the consequences are bad for him or he gets mocked for it (e.g. not drinking human blood). But it would probably help, if he would display more self-assurance about his choices. Let's hope that the 3rd season will change that.
