Dear "the" People (random quotations)
I'm pen name "Jhon Smith", well I would prefer Ru-ku, but I'm too lazy to change that right now. or ever. I'm aparently a fanfiction writer(strange isnt it). I write mainly for Evangelion, since I can relate somewhat to the plights of the maincharacters, that and I read a couple hundered character pages and alternate interpetations of the some what moderately large cast of evangelion. Now I would like to introduce (drumroll please) the list:
Things you "might" want to know about me:
I am a fan of Touhou. It was Bad Apple that got me. I was playing Mabi then I just kept hearing the same song over and over again being played. Eventually I asked and I was introduced to the land of Gensokyo and all of its magical and deadly female population. Curse you Zun, and your alcoholic masterful and immortal writing/programming/composing skillz.
I don't like people, but I love how their problems and challenges to life inspire me to write. The rational and irrational actions of the people I walk about provoke my thoughts and make me analyze my own preconceptions of life. Irony, I dislike the very source of what brings me joy in this life. Alas the plight of one stubborn writer.
I watch anime, not in the "Its my life support" way, but more of the "Its my anti-depressant", since "its my anti-drug" is taken by Touhou. RoamceComedy ActionComedy. I'm not a "huge" fan of Ecchi, since the Romance genre covers fanservice most of the time.
So right, where was I, Oh yes-
"works" in progress:
Anyway enough about my problems, untill next time, and dont forget: Deadlines Are Closer Than They Appear.
Memorable quotes from my favorite authors:
"...Rei beating the crap out of Asuka should be a time-honored tradition, by now."--Gregg Landsman. Don't get me wrong I love Asuka just as much as the next fanboy, but there's just something about having her endure such agony, that results in some form of Aesop moral being learned, or self realization that makes the act worthwhile.
"DISCLAIMER: Drinking is bad, so don't do it, mmmkay?..."--Sentinel28. Misato's Revenge. Yes it is bad, that doesn't mean its not good comedy. I presonally have no intention of taking up drinking, but then again life being what it is, I might need to drown away my sorrows. I toast to ZUN.
