Author has written 5 stories for Harry Potter. Hi there. =)I've a penchant for many things: Writing, Theatre, Coffee, Peaches, Shoes, Reading, Harry Potter Series and Fan Fiction, Severus Snape, Draco Malfoy, Tyler Florence, Pajamas, Sylvia Plath, Alan Rickman, Independent Films, Oscar Wilde, Friedrich Nietzsche, Arthur Schopenhauer, Philosophy, Classics, French, Italian, Classical Music (I'm rather partial to Baroque, actually), Poetry, Romance, Pessimism, and AOL Instant Messenger. You are free to visit my poetry at: www.fictionpress.com/~magicalauthoress What do I do in my spare time? Easy. Read, write (anything -- novels, plays, fan fiction, philosophy, poetry, music...), watch movies/TV (I am a normal teenager after all), cook/bake...the list goes on. I have four betas/editors whom I absolutely love (and appreciate) to death! (At this point, I'd also like to acknowledge my friend Thomas, whose scathing remarks are more potion than poison and who also has both an uncanny knack for unfurling the psyches of my version of Ms. Rowling's characters, and understanding the psychology of it all. Thanks.) My work status: To Love Someone You Hate: An absolute piece of crap, if I do say so myself. I don't know what I was thinking, really...I think I'll more than likely take it down soon. As you all know, it's complete. Past the Point of No Return: Something I was rather fond of, but I don't see it going anywhere. Unless someone would like to put me out of my misery and continue it or hand me some version of a plot bunny, I'd be much obliged. The Final Threshold: *See comment(s) for Past the Point of No Return* Of Peaches and Blood: My baby. =) I'm stuck on chapter five, I'm sorry to say. I've been getting lots of "lack of description" as far as what's been posted. I think in the meantine I'll take it down, revamp it with plenty of description, and re-post with extra chapters. Of course, I don't plan on doing that until I've completed the entire story. A Mind's Whispers: I'm rather partial to this piece, actually. It's sheer angst...but I cannot explain how therapeutic it was to take a break from OPaB and write something like that. It really settled my mind a bit. What to Look Forward to* My new project: "Devils with Halos in Beautiful Capes" 1. Our Apple Seed: Hermione's thoughts on the day a beginning became an end. ((Quite simply put, really. It's been written...though I plan on writing several versions and see what my betas think. Title comes from the Tori Amos song "Father Lucifer".)) 2. Make Me Whole Again: Epilogue to "Our Apple Seed" -- Hermione handles the impact, though not quite as well as one would hope...or expect. ((Hasn't yet been written, though the plot sketch/scene structuring has been done. Title comes from a line in the Tori Amos song "Baker, Baker", which, by the way, I loved even before reading Riley's "Pawn to Queen".)) 3. Not the Red Baron: Severus Snape was the Wizarding world's answer to Manfred von Richthofen -- unbeatable. But the Red Baron fell...as does he. Hermione's reflections. ((Also not yet written, but I simply can't wait to begin that particular piece! Plot sketch has been completed, but I haven't yet gotten around to scene structuring.)) Well, the world awaits you. I mustn't keep you from it. And remember: "Unleash your imagination and free your soul." |
