Modern AU. Psychiatrist Arthur Pendragon takes on a new patient, Merlin Emrys, who is the victim of a brutal crime. Arthur's professional and personal life clash as the case in question was investigated by none other than DCS Uther Pendragon.

Arthur is under the influence of an enchantment, and Merlin has to look after him. Arthur, of course, is not going to make it easy.

Morgana can't accuse Merlin of poisoning her without risking her own exposure, so she decides to get him killed another way. But after all is said and done, can she let Merlin die… especially after her heart's reaction when she pressed her lips to his?
