![]() Author has written 8 stories for Harvest Moon, and Sonic the Hedgehog. I am the Rune Reverend: Lover of all things Rune Factory and Harvest Moon related. I'm a writer, husband, father, and man of much awesome. I've been writing for 15 years, some of it online, some of it for my own fun and fancy. Always with the purpose of telling a fun and interesting story in a way that no one has before. On the subject of pairings You must understand one thing: I am a student of the story. I let the story go where it wills and allow it to write itself. I have never--will never--conform myself to a single pairing in any given fandom. My belief is that if you write that pairing in a compelling and believable way, it is worth reading. If I present a pairing in my story, it's because I believe that for that sake of that story, these two people should be together. In the manner in which I wrote them, their pairing will make sense and be believable. If you disapprove, well, you can write your own story. CURRENT PROJECTS:
The chronicles and adventures of the Flowerbud Five: Mary, Elli, Ann, Karen, and Popuri. Five girls chosen by the Harvest Goddess and endowed with incredible powers to protect their homes and families, restore Hope to a dying city, and to stand against the forces of evil that threaten to destroy their world. I was dying to release this story. Firstly, it starts the five bachelorettes from FoMT, my all-time favorite Harvest Moon game, as superheroes. I've been wanting to do the "Harvest Moon Superhero story" for a while and its the story I'm most proud of (in spite of the terrible editing I did for it, so some typos still pop up in it) Currently, I've been stalled on the latest chapter, but I'm slowly working on it. The Road to Flowerbud Hard-working Jack, Shy Gray, Penniless Cliff, and wild child Claire. Four wayward souls and lifelong friends, downtrodden by life, their prospective careers DOA, and their dreams broken before they ever had chance to be born. The four of them are down-hearted and world weary. Their reprieve comes in the form of a letter: a notice that Jack's Grandpa left him his farm when he died and unless its claimed by a blood relative, the land will go to the town. Seeing a chance to put their troubled lives and failed careers behind them and start over fresh, in good company and fine friends. Together, they return home to find their place in life and perhaps even a love they couldn't find in the outside world. Godslayers This is an Alternate Universe take on the Sonic world, where Sonic, Shadow, Silver, and Amy Rose are brothers and sister orphans who were raised in a barren wasteland by their Uncle Chuck. Each one has a unique power: Sonic's super speed, Silver has Telekinesis, Shadow can teleport, and Amy has super strength. Their Uncle Chuck works for King Acorn, who has called him back into service at the Royal Palace in Mobotropolis due to the threat of a looming war with Emperor Nagus of the Iron Empire--an empire ruled by sorcery and dark magic. Their powers make them powerful beyond anyone's comprehension, but it also makes them feared and even hated. They survive the only way they know how: together, as a family. The Working Dead A Corporate Slice of Life comedy about Sonic and his friends stuck in white-collar office jobs. Sonic is a Comptroller, whatever that is, and struggles to make it through his 8 hour work days surrounded by workmates who are callous, idiotic, back-stabbing, arrogant, slutty, or felonious in their own right. Abandon all hope ye who enter here. Chapters are short and sweet, except for the lengthly first chapter. Duo of Destiny My second Harvest Moon Superhero story. Instead of a team of heroes like in Champions of Flowerbud, this story is about Neil and Allen: two neighbors who have been at odds for years with one another, each looking down their nose at the other. When they are imbued with the power of the Ragnarok Force, they find themselves unwitting protectors of their city against a horde of Alien invaders. But the only way they keep their power is if they work together--under the guidance of the immortal Dunhill. However, working together when you can't stand each other isn't easy--especially when they're both competing for the heart of the same woman. Harvest Moon: The Valentine Conspiracy The story of Jack Harris, a popular professional wrestler and man of much fame and fortune. But to him its a burden full of pain and mental anguish, so he decides to quit for good and leave without telling anyone where he's going. And where does he go? Home to his grandfather's farm, in the hopes that a simple life is what's for him. Unfortunately for him, the people who clung to him and the money he made them aren't willing to just let him leave without retribution. To make matters worse, he finds himself trying to juggle the affections of no less than three of the town's eligible bachelorettes. With his former employers hunting him, three girls pining for him, and a dark side of himself thats a danger to himself and everyone around him, Jack must strike the balance in his life and make the hard decisions that will put his life right once and for all. A Bunnie in Time A short drabbled I wrote concerning the notion of what would happen if Bunnie Rabbot used the Time Stones to go back and prevent herself from being partically Roboticized. As you can expect, nothing goes according to her plan and she has to race to undo the terrible damage she causes by messing with Time. |
