Greetings to whomever is ready this~

The inspiration to come back and edit this profile was based on the state of my profile of the account I have on the sister site. (I'd post the name, but I find the link that automatically appears to be obnoxious, so I'll just assume you all know what I'm referring to.) My other account (which is under a different name) hadn't been updated since December 1st in 2011, whereas this one hadn't been updated since April 9th in 2014, so whilst the cringe was prominent in the re-reading it, it was significantly less than the other.

Anyway.

My name is Callie, and as you can tell from the extensive archive below, I've been on this site for quite a long time. My interests have largely fluctuated and changed over the years, so my pen name has changed four times from the original one I selected. They are (in order of use) as follows:

Pooffoop1 (The irony in this one is that my grandmother told me I'd deeply regret using it in the future given its childish nature. Unfortunately for my current self, my preteen self did not believe her. Listen to your elders, children.)

World's Love Song (This was my original attempt at neutrality in a pen name. My best friend was creating her first account, so I tried to make something that would be similar to hers. I wish I could tell you exactly how this came about in my brain, but here it is.)

GoseiGokaiRed (Ah, yes. The first time I became utterly obsessed with Super Sentai. Two of my really close friends had similar names, so I took the first two parts of theirs and used my own color at the end.)

Innocent Primrose Everdeen (My Hunger Games obsession is my more recent remnant of my time being consistently active on this site (at least, that is of 9/4/16). I wanted my name to match one of my favorite characters in the series, but naturally it was taken, so I chose an adjective to go before it.)

My current username isn't likely to ever change, but I prefer it that way. I obsess, re-obsess, and obsess again very quickly over a plethora of shows, books, movies and other topics, but I am quite proud of my current pen-name and its neutral nature ensures nobody else will have to wonder who I am because my name keeps changing every year or two.

As I've previously stated, I am not longer very active on this site. However, you are far more likely to see short works pop on here than you will anywhere else. If you decide to delve into my previous works, I'd like you to be aware that I was eleven years old when I began on this site, and therefore my writing here is the best reflection I have of my younger writing days. I recognize much of it is cringe-worthy, but that is the beauty of it to a sentimental person like myself. Proceed at your own risk.

I owe a lot of my confidence in regards to writing to this site. When I first came on, nobody outside of my immediate family (or the occasional random classmate) had ever really read my work, original or otherwise. Being exposed to so much over the years has given me perspective and appreciation for my craft, and some of my closest friends came from here. I learned how to be a better writing/creator over the years, and was taught several valuable life lessons at pretty young ages through the people I've encountered.

So when I say 'thank you' to anyone I've ever met or known here, past or present, know it is of the most sincere nature from the bottom of my heart. I will always love this site and the community. :)
