Author has written 2 stories for Charmed, and Merlin.
Well, I have finally decided to update my profile. I was keeping the old one for posterity's sake but I've finally decided to just save a copy and move on to new things.
So, hello. My name is Yuki. That is not, in fact, my real name but I go by Yuki on here because it's a name that I like. I also tend to sign my reviews so if that is what brought you here then welcome.
If you happen to have come here looking for my still incomplete story, all I can do is apologize. I do still intend to finish it but I have yet to actually get off my ass and do so. I hope one day soon inspiration will strike once more but I know myself and I expect it will take a while.
I do have hope to present at least! One day last fall (as I was supposed to be studying for Japanese) inspiration did strike and before I could be lazy and put it off I sat down and wrote in a frenzy a little Merlin one-shot. I like it, but I'm not very confident in my writing, so I present it here for you to judge yourself. For your enjoyment, Floorboards.
FF.net is very important to me and, if you can't tell from my favorites, I read alot.
I used to be a bit more liberal with my reviews and I really think I'm not anymore purely due to laziness. Which I'm sorry for really. But at least know that now if I review it means that what I read was really spectacular and I knew I couldn't just leave it alone.
I also used to be more stingy with my favorites but after a time I realized it was the perfect, and only, place to really keep track of the things that I read and liked. I still wanted to keep some sense of what among my favorites was truly impressive. Those stories that I just couldn't get out of my head days after finishing them or those stories that I've read over and over again. So, I started a new list on my profile to keep track. I haven't read all of them twice yet (although To Tell A Tale and New Leaf to Turn I think I know by heart now) but if they've made the list they truly impressed me and, even more so, they made me happy. So I invite you to read them and see what I saw. And if you're (miraculously) one of the authors? Know you are truly amazing and that you've given me a gift I will be forever thankful for receiving.
All Time Favorites:
Scars that Bind by Egyptian Dreamer
New Leaf to Turn by Slavetothepen
Charades by Black Friar
Twist of Fate by OakStone730
TURN by Sara's Girl
Stay Strong and Never Fade by FleetofShippyShips
The list will grow as I re-find the stories I love.
