Well, where to begin. I'm new to fanfiction so that will be my blanket excuse for my stories.

Huge fan of CHUCK but also a fan of many episodic TV shows. As I add to THE WALKABOUT I'll also add to my profile.

As promised, I'm adding to this amazingly interesting profile... I've finally gotten my first look at Season 4 and ,so far, I'm enjoying it. Being one of "those" people, I don't have cable so I have to rely on friends who download episodes for me. Watched up through the Gobbler this weekend and have to say, much more fun than season 3.

OK, back to the profile. I'm a huge fan of written fiction but stick primarily to sci/fi and fantasy. Favorite authors, in no particular order : Harlan Ellison, Robert Jordan, Jim Butcher. Orson Scott Card, and many many more. I'll add names as they occur to me. I'm also a huge fan of graphic novels and, of course, comics. Just can't afford to read as much as I'd like to.

I live in Florida, the same small town I grew up in. I managed to escape for a few years and lived in San Diego but ended up back here. Hope to someday break away again but for now just biding time as I plan for world domination.

It's been a while so I figured I'd add so more to the amazing profile that is me...yeah.

Music wise, I'm all over the place. I'll listen to just about anything but when given the choice...some strange tastes emerge...80's new wave...from the popular to the semi-obscure. I worked a dj, both club and for hire, for several years and was exposed to lots and lots and lots of music. I'll list a few but no ranking and some are very current while others...I won't be offended if you've never heard of them...Jellyfish, Nick Lowe, Alison Moyet, Fairground Attraction, Country Dick Montana, Jamey Johnson, The Cure, Talking Heads, Vampire Weekend, Lyle Lovett, John Hiatt, Peter Murphy, J J Cale, The Eels, Aimee Mann, Jules & The Polar Bears, Ellis Paul, Darden Smith, Oingo Boingo, ...I'll add more when the mood hits.

HELLO--It's been a while since I added anything...hell, Ive added Swimmer and Last(ish) but nothing here...and I just know you've all been waiting...well here ya go.

Doc in Oz wrote a song fic based on my favorite Del Amitri song and it reminded me that I didn't mention them in my listing of music and it's time to correct that error. Del Amitri is one of my top 5 favorite bands...if not Number 1...if you only know them from that muzak staple...Roll To Me...expand your horizon...start with Doc's 'muse' for that fic...Always The Last To Know...if you like it, go to greatest hits...after that, anything by them is, in my opinion, worth it...now, their first album is a little differant but ...I think all their 'shit' is the bomb...even Justin's solo work...check them out, you'll be glad you did.

I couldn't wait for the vote so I've declared myself Pope of the world, thought about making it Pope of the known universe but that just seemed silly. I'm stiill accepting applications for bishops, cardinals, priests(not the creepy kind) and most importantly...the Pope-ettes. They're my back up singers...imagine that Robert Palmer video...you know the one...yeah, that one...so, having said that, and not being a sexist pig(pig-yes...sexist-no) anyone can apply to be a Pope-ette...of course some will be featured more prominently in videos and concert appearences...

Well...the guy who inspired my descent into writing lunacy slipped this mortal coil and it hit...hard. vaya con dios, Jim...the world's a little less...and your loss is the cause. I wish all the best for your 'trypist' and hope she takes some solace in the knowledge that she helped you touch so many of us.

Something new, file it under 'old dog, new tricks' ...I, for some unknown reason, started a blog. Basically I'm just using it for a place to ramble...sorry, no unpublished stories(yet), no progress bars(yet), no pictures of toes(sorry Prince Boo Boo, that's just not gonna happen)...if you're curious and really, have absolutly nothing better to do with your time, it at the same blog site as Castle Inanity(now, there's a blog that's actually worth your time)... not sure how to make links(hey, typing and solitaire...I'm an old man) so the title is -- Jaytoyz:Pope of nothing...and loving it -- .
