Hello, friend. Nice to meet you. I am an average inhabitant of this glorious site. Which means, I'm just a girl with dyed hair and undying ambition to be noticed. Unfortunately, my ambition is contradicted by laziness and unconquerable urge to procrastinate. This is why I mostly lurking here, instead of writing and reviewing.
Sorry friend. I really should review your story. I wanted to do so, I really did. I still do. This is why I added it to my "alerts" list, even though it's already finished. I just thought I have to read it again, to analyze it thoroughly and then to give you honest and helpful opinion you deserve. I know that you'd like to be noticed and appreciated. Your efforts wouldn't be worth anything less than that. But my laziness is stronger than me. Please excuse me for this.
Thanks friend. Thanks for reading my stuff. I hope it was worth your time. You don't have to review, I know why you don't do it. I only hope you enjoyed reading, that's all. There is so much banality at this site. People don't know what they're writing, their style burns a hole in reader's brains, their heroes are flat like a toilet paper, their plot predictable like "happily ever after". I'd like to make a change...If you'd only know how many ideas I have in my head that I'd like to share with you...But...well, I guess you already know what I'd say. One day, I hope, it will change.
Oh, I do have some problems with style as well. You see, English is not my native. I'm a Russian speaker originally. I live in Israel, so Hebrew is my second language. Just between you and me, it's great to know many languages. People with different native language think differently, so when you know several languages it gives you an opportunity to look upon things with different perspectives. I'd like to learn more. German, for a start - I already know some. Then Spanish, maybe - such a beautiful language! I would read Lorca in the original...Or should it be French? For the unforgettable "Le Fantôme de l'Opéra"? Would it be worth my time?
'Till next time, friend. Until we'll meet again. I still owe you a review.
