I'm Sparkleaf-- some people call me Sparks, Spark, or Sparklein. As you can see, I write Pokemon stories, most of which are continuous (which I refer to as the "Exile" series).

I started stories in 2007, before I knew what "fan fiction" was, but didn't post writings online until late 2009, when I first posted what is now War of Vengeance on a small Pokemon fansite. That story led to Legend of the Exile, which took four years to complete and became the cornerstone for the rest of the Exile series. I also do some stories for the aforementioned fansite, though I try to limit how much of those stories I post here.

My Pokemon stories are based mostly off the games' continuity, with a few minor elements borrowed from the manga, and minimal influence (if any) from the anime. This also includes most of the spinoff games as well; specifically, the GameCube games and Pokemon Mystery Dungeon. Generally, I use casts of original characters; I don't have much experience with canon characters yet.

Legend of the Exile is divided into four volumes for (relatively) easy navigation.

Volume I (Searching For Hope): Chapters 1 - 10

Volume II (Quest For Light): Chapters 11 - 20

Volume III (The Legends Rise): Chapters 21 - 32

Volume IV (Operation Retrieval): Chapters 33 - 51

For the most part, I enjoy hearing reviews from the readers and their thoughts on the stories, what they liked or didn't like. Feedback is nice but infrequent, it seems.
