Hi everyone,

It actually shocks me that the last time I updated my profile was in November, 2012. Has it really been 5 years since then? Time honestly goes by too quickly now that I'm older, and no longer in high school (laughs). If you still follow me, then you'll have seen that I recently updated my story 'Defoliation' for the Vampire Knight fandom. It's been so long since I've last read or watched VK, that I honestly don't think my interpretations of the characters are entirely accurate anymore.

I decided to finally sit down and write a chapter of my story because it honestly felt like a shame that I had left two fanfictions I once adored left incomplete. I remember I had promised myself that I would finish writing the two stories many years ago (when I was passionate about writing) as despite how long I've been apart of the community; I've never actually been able to finish a multi-chaptered fic.

I wanted to post a chapter and see if anyone even remembered my work anymore. The Vampire Knight fandom has long become old, and I honestly don't know if anyone is even interested in it anymore. If I receive enough interest on my past stories, then I'll consider continuing to write them until the end. After all, there's no point of writing if there is no one there to read and enjoy them right? As always, you can show your interest by favouriting, alerting or even better; reviewing it and letting me know that you're anticipating an update!

For the readers who have always stuck by me for three years and waited patiently for a release, I humbly thank you. I'm honoured and amazed that I have such a dedicated following, and people who genuinely love my writing. It's you guys that keeps me writing, and returning to fanfiction.
