Aloha, Comrades. And yes, Hawaiians and Russians go hand-in-hand when it comes to a good welcome.
If you feel like reading this, please mind the pile of zombie-plans I have on the mahogany desk over there and sit on the pouffe chair. Careful - it tends to sink and make you feel like you're being eaten by aesthetically-pleasing furniture.
I've always loved reading and the Resident Evil games, so I blended the two together and ventured upon this interesting website. My main aim is to have a flonking-good read, whilst quickly following is to provide mostly-beneficial critique without being too biased. As I've gone along my interests have expanded, to a wider array of other fandoms, but tales of the undead still remain numero uno.
The only things that may actually bias my critique is: the obnoxity of the uninformed mind, this thing that people call 'flaming' and 'trolling' (where the feck did that come from?), and a rather big fascination with a certain dastard in sunglasses.
I also greatly admire the works of Mr. Poe, so here's some quotes that I feel apply:
Experience has shown, and a true philosophy will always show, that a vast, perhaps the larger portion of the truth arises from the seemingly irrelevant.
I wish I could write as mysterious as a cat.
The nose of a mob is its imagination. By this, at any time, it can be quietly led.
The true genius shudders at incompleteness - and usually prefers silence to saying something which is not everything it should be.
Words have no power to impress the mind without the exquisite horror of their reality.
- Edgar Allan Poe (apart from his fetish with birds, he's a very awesome guy).
Although the favourites are my favourites (like you didn't know in the first place), I would also class them as recommendations. Read them if you can, and send suitable regards to their talented authors.
If you don't like it, don't read it - simple as that.
Good Tidings to all :)
