Author has written 14 stories for Merlin, and Sherlock.

"We read to know that we are not alone." -C.S. Lewis

The stories here are ones I was compelled to write because they wouldn't leave me alone. Nothing big or important, just ideas that needed to get out. My main goal is to write stories that carry the spirit of their source material. FYI: You won't find slash in any of my stories. You'll barely find any romance at all, actually, and you certainly will not find anything explicit or graphic.

I write and read friendship, action/adventure, and drama with the side of angst and h/c that tends to go along with these. I like sidekicks and geeks. Good stories depend on good characters, and that's why write fan fiction; so I can steal the best ones I know that already exist. I generally gravitate toward characters who are selfless, kind, loyal, brave, and snarky.

"Friendship is unnecessary, like philosophy, like art... It has no survival value; rather it is one of those things that give value to survival." -CS Lewis

My favorite TV shows are Sherlock, Merlin, and Psych. I sometimes watch CBS crime dramas and NBC comedies as well. I am a comic book junkie and love comic book movies. Sherlock Holmes, Sahara, Inception, Star Wars, and Lord of the Rings are some of my favorite movies rounded out with some Nora Ephron and Rob Reiner romantic comedies. I also love to read-- most things written before 1900, anything by CS Lewis, The Princess Bride, Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, and Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy are my favorites. Because of my brother and my childhood, I remain a fan of the MM Power Rangers (none of the later versions though), Thundercats, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. I will still go to Disney movies in theater, and every Pixar movie I've ever seen has made me cry.

I love music, theater, cooking, being outdoors, and spending time with family (especially my two amazing nieces) and my incredible spouse.

I am an avid troper.

"It is a mistake to think you can solve any major problems just with potatoes." -Douglas Adams

My user name references one of my favorite moments in "The Silver Chair." I am a Christian.

"If we find ourselves with a desire that nothing in this world can satisfy, the most probable explanation is that we were made for another world." -CS Lewis

I hope you find something in my stories to enjoy.

"Literature adds to reality, it does not simply describe it. It enriches the necessary competencies that daily life requires and provides; and in this respect, it irrigates the deserts that our lives have already become." -CS Lewis
