Author has written 6 stories for StarTrek: The Original Series.
Doubt anyone cares, but I hate seeing this space sit Empty.
I'm a Sign Language Interpreter (American Sign Language... yes Sign Language varies from country to country. Even British Sign is different than American.)
I talk too fast (I'm told) think too far ahead, and dream too much. And I wouldn't change any of it.
My Life is like one of Shakespeare's Plays; you are NEVER certain if it is a Comedy or a Tragedy, and if the main character is Mad or Brilliant.
To Sum up my life story I always quote this famous poem:
I shall be telling this with a sigh
Disclaimer: I don't own Star Trek. If I did, what I write would be canon.
Wrote my first story at 5 (not kidding, yes I could type... on an old typewriter) and I have been scribbling ever since. Wrote my first actual "Fanfiction" when I was about 11 or 12. It was a Star Wars fic (ironically) and typical of a 12 year old's writing, but at the time I didn't know that what I was doing was fanfiction.
Stumbled across "real" fanfiction much much much later. I was shocked to discover I wasn't the only one who played around with their favorite characters through writing.
Finally got the nerve up to post a few of my fics, and I am glad I did.
If I don't know the fandom inside-out and backwards I don't write for it. I'm not particularly happy when I see my favorite characters acting totally opposite of the norm. That being said, I don't mind AU type situations, as long as everyone is reasonably in character.
