Author has written 22 stories for Annie, and Harry Potter.
I’m a mom of three, two girls and a boy, who have gotten much older since I started this whole FanFiction thing. I have always been an avid reader and never really thought much about writing myself until a few years ago. I am slowly (very slowly) working on an original novel. I started writing fanfic to help with the writer’s block I had with the novel and it sort of took over my life. It has kept me sane though (mostly) and I very much enjoy it. I write mainly romance and angst/drama as far as my novel-length fics go, but if you are looking for fluff check out some of my one-shots as there are quite a few of those that qualify.
I really don't have an OTP in the Harry Potter fandom. I will honestly read most any pairing and I've read quite a few odd ones, believe me. If the writing is good and the plot is interesting, I'm game.
I am also currently participating in the Quidditch LeagueFanFiction Competition as a Seeker for the Falmouth Falcons. Our team was the victor last season and sign-ups for the second season are currently open. If you are a writer looking for a new challenge, please check it out!
A Note About Reviews
I adore reviews, all writers do. I love reviews that have a bit of detail about what exactly you did or didn't like about the story. I know sometimes it is hard to think of something to say besides that you liked it (believe me I know, I have the same problem), but my advice is to focus on one thing, whether it's a scene or a line or a phrase, and tell me why you liked that part. It helps me, as the author, immensely. I do respond to my reviews, even if it is just to say thank you, so feel free to ask questions. I welcome constructive criticism, however, there is a big difference between that and flames. Telling me one of my characters is stupid or a brat or the worst character ever is a flame. Telling me that you didn't think a particular scene worked because of the way a certain character behaved is constructive criticism. Which brings me to anonymous or guest reviews.
Not everyone has an account here, I understand that. And I welcome guest reviews, however I have my account set that I must approve guest reviews before they are posted. The reason for this is because it is much too easy for someone with an account to sign out and leave a flame. I'm not going to post those and I'm not going to apologize for it either. The great thing about fanfiction is, if you don't like a story, there are hundreds of thousands of others to choose from.
