Abby Palmer just wanted to get out of Night Vale, and when she has to go back, things quickly go from bad to worse. But support comes from an unexpected place. Ugh, Steve Carlsberg. (watch out for minor spoilers for Ghost Stories, some strong language, and an abusive relationship)

WTNV: Carlos is not pleased with the course his life is taking, and there's nowhere to run. For an outsider who wants to survive in Night Vale, suspension of disbelief is necessary.

One fine sunny afternoon in Desert Bluffs, a stranger appears in town. Who is he? What does he want? Why the rapture in his eyes? Kevin reports the curious encounter for any listeners who might be interested.

Everyone in Night Vale is a little different. Not quite human. Carlos doesn't mind, but Cecil has some misgivings.

Two ways Carlos's dinner with Cecil could have gone. Their relationship isn't quite what either of them expected. It's the thought that counts.

After sending Chell away, GLaDOS finds that she isn't as alone as she thought in Aperture, or in her own mind.

A scientist is self-reliant, but when Carlos needs help, he knows that one person will be there no matter what. And it makes him realize something important. (set early in their relationship; beware unsafe amounts of fluff)

The City Council finally catches up to Carlos for his illegal behaviors, and he is called in for reeducation. He isn't looking forward to it. But things are never as bad as they seem.

When Dana announced that she wanted to apply to intern at Night Vale Community Radio, her family cried. Cecil tried to convince her to leave. But she stayed, and she didn't regret it for even a second.

Cecilos Week Day 7. Carlos is a rebel, Cecil partakes, observations are made, and perfection is shown to have a crack or two in it.

Cecilos Week Day 7. I really, like the idea of Cecil and Carlos having an incredibly slow relationship. Maybe Carlos would be worried about it. Cecil would not.

Cecilos Week Day 6: Holiday-Themed. "Tuesday is a holiday, make sure you have adequate emergency supplies and plenty of clear plastic sheeting. We're not sure which holiday it is, so have all possible antidotes on hand."

Cecilos Week Day 5: Talking on the phone. When Carlos called Cecil that night, his excuse was yet another unexplained phenomenon in Night Vale. He actually hoped the radio host's voice would calm his mind and help him sleep. The result, however, was different than either of them expected. I don't know what genre this should be, really.

Cecilos Week Day 4: Cecil helping Carlos in the lab. Carlos found himself lacking a lab partner after a while, so he invited the one person he knew would be willing to help. What are those things he's been pulling out of the clocks?

Cecilos Week Day 3: Carlos helping Cecil with the show. Despite his fear of public speaking, which DEFINITELY extends to the radio, Carlos was actually looking forward to setting a few scientific matters for the show's listeners.

Day 2 of Cecilos Week: Their first date. Why on earth would Carlos suggest doing tests on the trees? And Cecil STILL thought it was a great idea. Carlos is always a scientist at heart, and every theory has to be tested before it can be trusted.

Cecilos Week Prompt 1: Kissing/Cuddling. Carlos treats everything he has strong feelings about with a similar intensity. Cecil definitely enjoys the results. (I'm working on my headcanons slowly)

Just a brief Night Vale piece. Carlos is offered a chance to leave Night Vale, due to his ground-breaking findings there. When given the choice between home and work, there really is no contest.

A fugitive from the law and an agent of the government set out to escape the system that binds them both. (started from a "Factventure dystopia" 3-sentence fic, which is why the first 3 sentences/paragraphs are large and condensed)

When money gets tight at Aperture, Science must prevail at any cost. Any employees refusing to test will be required to contribute in other ways. Three employees and an intern have no choice but to wait for their time to come. The last moments of one's life in Aperture never hold any comfort. (inspired by tumblr user wolveswithhats's artwork)

The Fact Sphere had never considered being anything other than a sphere, but he found he enjoyed it immensely. He would enjoy it even MORE if he were allowed to do his own research and experimentation without all the interruptions. (follows 'Fantasizing')

Anything can happen in your imagination. But reality always comes crashing down again to crush it in the end. (Rick's getting introspective. And sad. And very corrupt. …And a little weird there towards the end, I'm not sure why I felt compelled to lighten the mood in such a strange way)

Rick doesn't like movies. Rick HATES movies full of feelings. But sometimes it's hard to say no. (I know the movie wouldn't fit into the Aperture timeline, but it's fine.)

In the process of exploring the possibilities of the multiverse, Cave "Prime" has a run-in with "Dark" Cave.

The Fact Sphere was not just a place to store information, but an emergency fail-safe device. GLaDOS was NOT pleased, but there might just be something useful to her in all those facts…

Caroline worked at Aperture her whole adult life. It changed her, but she wouldn't trade it for anything in the world. For Cave Johnson. For Science. For herself. The lines between these three sometimes blur.

Doomed to spend countless years in the corrupted core bin, the Fact, Space, and Adventure spheres have to cope with corruption, the scientists who put them there (and keep coming back), and each other. (rated for Rick's mouth)

Corruption affects each core differently. After regaining control of Aperture Science, GLaDOS allows the personality cores to roam the management rails while she rebuilds. The Adventure Sphere takes full advantage of this, and discovers an old acquaintance hiding deep in the facility.

Taken from the incinerator and revived, the four original cores awake to a very different facility than they remember.

Under all the posturing and insults, other conversations started going on between the cores in the storage room. (Factventure for Valentine's Day: ch. 1 is readable, and ch. 2 is the same, but with enough binary to drive you crazy. SFW, but very suggestive... of machine parts.)

He was broken but somehow still alive. She found a way to fix him, just a little. (pointless Valentine's Day Chelley fluff)

Chell had been living outside for seven years when the stranger with mismatched eyes and wild hair began to follow her, always staring, and muttering to the bulky thing in the bag on his back... And at first it was unsettling, but soon she saw that he was like her in more ways than she had realized. (slight Chellmann)

60 years after Speechless, Chell wants to return to Aperture one last time. Wheatley, Craig, and Rick aren't happy about it, but they won't deny her one last request. GLaDOS is waiting. WARNING: Character death and dying. (Go read Speechless first.)

"I wonder what she must think when she sees the walls. I know I've been able to help her sometimes. Pointing the way. Telling the story. I always have to leave after I've finished a portrait of her. So like an angel, and I know when she sees it, she'll be frightened, disgusted. As if she wasn't watched enough in this place."

Chell fights her way through Aperture again, with help from mute!Wheatley and the Fact and Adventure Spheres. The turrets have formed an odd society, and Atlas and P-body lurk around every corner. Inspired by Portal Kink - lots of them.

Clearly, a lot was going on at Unseen University before the events of Unseen Academicals. What caused the schism in the staff, specifically Ridcully vs. the former Dean and Ponder vs. Adrian Turnipseed?

What inspired Ponder to search for solutions beyond traditional magic, or Rincewind to open the Octavo? Probably nothing like this, but between the Trousers of Time and quantum, you can't be sure.

A lot of Team Galactic's grunts are, well, pretty sad individuals. But some of them have some real ambition. This could work for the other evil teams too, minus the name and hair discussion. Really, I'm just working through writer's block.

After the Spear Pillar incident, Saturn tries to hold together the remnants of Team Galactic while he searches for his lost teammates. But at the same time, he's being watched. And what does Professor Rowan have to do with it?

Remember that poor grunt who just wanted a Clefairy? What angst-ridden trials has he gone through? Did Jupiter have anything to do with it? Probably not, but let's just say she did. More comfort/hurt than hurt/comfort, really. Now with fixed formatting!

Mars pays Saturn a visit, and makes a few realizations about him. Saturn would be happier if he could get back to work.

In which Zenigata does not capture Lupin, settles for second best with Jigen, spends some time in jail, fails to speak a foreign language, takes a train ride, and gets the best of an Agreement. Probably some OOCness, hopefully not too much.

Ryou's misunderstood, but not in the normal way. Bakura and Mariku are trying to get rid of the Pharaoh, and pick on Yami Mariku as much as possible while they're at it.

This has some light shonen ai YJ, and some heavier mostly onesided shonen ai YYY just to warn you. But anyway, Yugi has feelings for Jou, can't Jou get that through his thick skull? And will the Pharaoh get what he believes is his supreme right?

A look at how the priest Mahaado's BlackDark Magician's life was connected with both Pharaohs'. His love, or fanatical devotion for the Pharaoh overwhelms everything else...

Let's pretend every Millennium Item has a spirit. You thought Bakura had it bad, well poor Shadi has two! Watch as he tries to do his job with the help of the Ankh and Scales.

Bakura gets sealed into the Millennium Ring, and Ryou eventually recieves it. What a bad summary! But please read anyway!
