Hey I'm Summer B. X. J. (then a last name). I'm in 9th grade, so no, I am not 17, it's just a random number I thought of, also it's my best friend's favourite number. I am a social spaz. I wear glasses(sometimes). I love reading and writing, but my writing still needs a lot of work. When I grow up I want to be a designer/novelist or a politician's assistant or a family defence lawyer or write plays. I love Broadway musicals, and see two every year. I play cello, piano, and a bit of violin. I do track, tennis, figure skating, ballet, modern dancing, I ski in the winter. I'm a horrible procrastinator, so I'm really bad at updating. I have a lot of ideas, but a lot of the time I can't finish writing them.
I love slash fanfiction. For the most part, I like all canon couples. I like fluffy, sad(as in siriusly depressing), comedic, and dramatic scenes.
And by the way, I am bisexual, which means that I like both boys and girls. I am not confused. I am confident in who I am, and no one will change that. (24 May, 2012)
Favourite Four Guys:
What Really Pisses Me Off on Fanfiction &/or Fanfiction.net
•When characters just suddenly change for no reason
•When different people's dialogues are all jumbled up in the same paragraph
•When writers don't use transition words
•When the write doesn't read over their work, so that it's loaded with spelling mistakes, grammar errors, and it's just plain awful to read
•When stories make no sense
•When everything is completely happy and there are no problems in the fantasy land of the story
•When I'm reading a story, then it suddenly gets deleted when I'm halfway through
•When writers write something, and have no idea what they're talking about
•When writers are racist, homophobic, or call people "retarded", then write that into their stories
•When homophobic reviewers go and read a slash story, just to flame it and say that being gay is "wrong", "unnatural", etc.
•When an author doesn't write a summary. How is anyone going to know what it's about without a summary? Also, if the author just writes, "I suck at summaries. Read the story, it's better." Come on, a sucky summary is better than no summary at all.
•When an author says that he/she hates flamers, and doesn't like people tell him/her that she/he is bad, AT ALL. Well, how the hell is that person going to improve if they don't get criticism?! (not that I like flamers, it's just that some authors can't tell the difference between flaming, and constructive criticism)
•When a person review your story, telling you that you suck, but doesn't say why. If it's an anonymous review, then how are you supposed to ask what you need to improve on or what you need to change if you can't PM them and they didn't tell you in their review?!
•How sometimes you make changes to your story, then when you post the story, the changes don't show up!
•When authors make allusions to the ending of the story in their a/n. Or just say what the ending is, NO ONE WANTS TO KNOW IT COMPLETELY DEFEATS THE PURPOSE AND RUINS THE ELEMENT OF SURPRISE.
•When authors make up diseases that make no sense.
•How links don't show up anymore… or line breaks… on when you set text to be in the center… -_-
Percy Jackson and the Olympians/ Heroes of Olympus
Big Time Rush
BTR SLASH CREEPS ME OUT!!!*(though the least creepy in my mind are Kogan and Jagan)
Note on Favouriting
*NOTE* I don't favourite a story if I've favourited the author. I don't know why, I guess I just don't like double favouriting. I'm weird. The only exceptions are Clarry and Nic98ole because their stories are so amazing.
