Profile? Hmmm, I’ve never profiled myself before and I‘m not sure I can now. But well, here goes... The killer is a female in her late 40's early 50's. She is of reasonable intelligence and has financial stability. She does not choose her victims at random but carefully selects each one with due care and attention to detail. She has delusions of paranoia and, judging by the geography of the wounds on her most recent victim, currently suffers from a trapped nerve in her neck. Most importantly, she has a tendency towards...
Oh, not that sort of profile. Sorry. Ok, I'll try again.
It’s hard to define me. My late mother always said that I was as changeable as the weather and I guess I am. But what I definitely know about myself is that I’m 52. I live in Northern Ireland and this means I'm Northern Irish NOT Irish. I’m married to a lovely man I call Mr. Grumpy - because he is, but I love him anyway. We have two beautiful Lassie Collies and approximately four cats. I say approximately because one cannot decide whether she lives here or at my neighbours house.
Thankfully I have no children. I can’t stand the little brats and never wanted them. The money I saved by not feeding and clothing kids means I own the most beautiful car in the world - a 34 year old Ferrari 308 GTS. Like the one Tom Selleck drove in Magnum. This is my baby, my darling boy. Um, I’m talking about the car, not Tom Selleck.
I've no tolerance for stupid people. Not only should they be removed from the gene pool, they should be completely banned from quiz shows.
I also love horses, not just the prancing one. Reading, swimming, movies, TV and Rugby Union, supporting Ireland at international level and Ulster at club level. My favourite TV shows are currently - Top Gear, Being Human (UK version), Silent Witness, Torchwood, Nashville, Alphas, Dallas, Hawaii Five-O, and I still love Stargate SG-1, Millennium, Father Ted and Spooks, and I miss these shows terribly.
Favourite authors are Mark Billingham and David Kessler (I know his sister). Favourite actors - Jimmy Nesbitt and Liam Neeson, naturally.
I love Formula 1. And being retired with a healthy pension means I can indulge in my motorsport passion by attending two or three races each season. Many times I’ve been to Monaco, Monza, Nurburgring, Hockenheim, Spa, San Marino and Silverstone.
I’m not a writer. Definitely not. I just get these, sometimes strange, ideas into my head and I can’t find peace until I get them out of my head by writing them down. Hmmm, maybe I’m an exorcist.
Anyway, that’s me in a nutshell :)
